I moved few times in my life and every experience is different, in Florida I experienced a big problem when I had to look for a moving company as there is a very big competition in this business and prices that I received was so different, my lowest bid for the move from Miami to Daytona was $500!! And that is for the 3 bedroom house, sure I am not dumb and understand that there is no way my move can cost $500 to transport almost a truck load of furniture 200+ miles away. On the other end I got a few "old school" companies like United and Mayflower to provide me with a quote, all of them was in a range of 3-4.5k which was more reasonable than $500 but still did not satisfy me as my budget was around 2-3k to spend on this move. After getting a several quotes online and receiving hundreds of calls I took advice from one of my friends and went to yelp to get a mover and see what moving companies on yelp had to offer, Top Notch was one of the first ones that I called and honestly liked them a lot, they talked to me and explain every single detail that I wouldn't even think of, answer all of my questions and provide me with a reasonable offer, offer from Top Notch was a bit more than my budget but I really liked how their sales team and customer service treat me, I felt safe and confident with my decision, I called them next day after conversation with my wife and set up time and date to move. At the day of the move everything went smooth and I finally got professional moving services that I required in so many of my previous moves. Thank you guys for a easy and stressless move, I couldn't ask for better. I did my researchers on Google and I found top notch movers as 1 of the other 3 companies that I compare prices and quality. Let me tell you that , if you have more then 2 bedrooms.. DO NOT DO ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. so I asked Nancy to send someone to my location, First Henry came over to my place with a company car, means that's a real company then he gave me a guaranteed flat rate for my move, I already felt that's it, no need more than that. but I had 2 more companies to honor them quotes. 1 company didn't want to send estimator and told me they giving quotes only by phone ( no way I'll do that stupid mistake ) the second company show up and gave me the same quote as Top Notch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These people came into my home and STOLE from me. They stole my gold watch and my credit card and tried to use it at a gas station on 441. If thats not enough, the movers broke the door at my apartment complex. Its a non-smoking apartment, they have them on camera smoking and vaping and walking around like crooks all throughout the property going into places they have no business going. Sebastian is the manager there and I honestly think he's in on it. The way he handled the situation was horrible. How can you send these type of people in someones home and you were stolen from as well. Sebastian you should be ashamed of yourself hiring thieves for a moving company. WORSE MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!! I needed to move to Canada last month and Top Notch did a great job helping me with a complete relocation, Henry was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, my company paid for the relocation so i got an estimate for a complete packing and unpacking services, price was high for me to pay - but who really cares when it is paid for? On the day of the move the only single thing i had to do is to sit and relax. Great crew managed by Paul prepared all of my belongings for the shipping and i think did a very detailed inventory. Top Notch Movers A pleasure to work with! They sent an all pro team of four men who arrived with generous amount of all tape, blankets, and boxes to protect my furniture and household items. They were expert and professional. They worked steadily and carefully until the truck was packed. They worked evenly as a team, helping each other and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the intense and massive load of the moving truck. They were organized and systematic from beginning to end. I do not think there were even any airspaces left within the truck once loaded. I used Top Notch Movers a month ago to move from Miami to Houston. First of all, they were very responsive to all my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote. Both the movers who picked up my stuff and the movers who dropped off my stuff were very professional and polite. They took great care of my furniture. There was one set of furniture that they forgot to assemble but when I called them when they were on the road, they came back and completed the job without hesitation. They were also very reliable - they arrived within an hour of their scheduled time and called me when they were 30 minutes away each time. Overall time between pickup and drop off was 12 days, which I would say is great. It could even have been only a 3-4 days if I could have been in Houston sooner. read more

Great long distance movers, My aunt Moved with Top Notch Movers locally less then 2 weeks ago and I moved to NC last week. After a good recommended by my aunt and good communication with Andry over the phone I decided to move with them, the crew came over ( Toni and franko ) wrapped my furniture from top no bottom , loaded Top Notch truck and that's it, all the stories regards extra or hidden fees... none. We added couple of boxes but we knew that it will effect on additions cost, but other then that no extra charges. When Victor did our delivery at NC it was cold and freeze!! We didn't hear any complaint , in 3 hours him and his guy unloaded and put ours beds together. There weren't damages or anything else. It was nice and smooth move. read more

The employees were responsive from the moment I contacted them, they explained everything in detail, helped with all needed paper work and always had time for any questions I had. The price was discussed before the moving date , so we didn't have to deal with extra charges on the moving date.
