I walked in.. was greeted politely and promptly by more than one person! (Customer service is key) 2.) I was in the chair within 3 minutes! I am not that patient lol I don't enjoy waiting but my tech Jenne directed me to her station and came right over. She understood EXACTLY what I wanted and EXACTLY how to achieve the look in the picture I provided. HER WORK IS BEAUTIFUL.. I APPRECIATE THE ARTIST and THE ARTISTRY OF nails. I really love coffin shape nails and it's so difficult to find someone to get it right not to thin, not to thick, not one rounded the other squared. The symmetry, the shape, the color match... ALL ON POINT. She worked quickly but thoroughly.. she definitely knows what she's doing!!!! So shoutout Jenne. Super down to earth & so cute She gained a loyal new customer I FREAKING LOVE MY NAILS! My eyebrows are another big reason and big deal when I choose a new nail home. Last place I tried, did mine wayyy to thin. UGH. the worst. It's such a process to grow them back out. I .. Didn't catch the techs name who did the wax but she SLAYED too! Understood what my issue was.. did not take too much off. left me with a good shape and fuller look . She.. was quick did very little tweezing it was pretty painless. Always appreciated lol. Anywho. Going back tomorrow morning for a pedicure and very much looking forward to that experience. The place was very clean and sanitized. Everyone was wearing masks. Yesterday in between dropping son off at daycare and going to work I had a little time. I got there right after opening. I was told to wait which was fine. When sat, I picked my color and just let the na tech do her thing. Well, she knicked me. Which is no big deal. It happens. UNTIL she knicked me again in such a painful way. I screamed and blood poured from my thumb. I got up to rinse it and it wouldn't stop. So, I got a paper towel to try to stop the bleeding. Owner asked what happened but didn't help me. Tech spoke foreign language and I lost my cool. I left swearing because instead of apologizing they talked to each other and not me!! There's more...I sent pics privately to show what she did to me and was left on read!! So, I left a bad review. To where they responded and tried to blame me. Then, they deleted the review!!!!!

She told me I could no longer get a design on my big toe as I usually do with a regular nail polish pedicure. I had to purchase a more expensive type of pedicure in order to get a design on my toe. I was so mortified and embarrassed I just paid and left. Place is outdated, unkept and super dusty/dirty. Also I told him I do builder gel, he filled with acrylic.
