Great job on the pedicure, very meticulous, however, also very rough and made me bleed in multiple spots. She also only did one coat of glitter when the standard is at least 2. The dip manicure was really just application of a dip base with gel color on top. Not what I was expecting and it turned out very thick and not smooth. AND they only let my nails sit under the UV for max 10 seconds at a time, so I know the gel probably didn't set right. I didn't even get a real manicure either - no cuticle cleanup or moisturizer or anything other than a cut/file and color application. I had to ask for some cuticle oil and lotion at the end. I also think I was way overcharged ($120) based on the prices I saw on their menu.

Then she passed me off to Shalon. Shalon kept repeatedly nicking the same spot on my cuticle with the drill on one finger. Meanwhile she just kept talking to other employees like I wasn't there. I got beige color instead of pink that I asked for and never did get the chrome that I asked for 3 times. Shalon added a light purple color since I didnt like the color but still no chrome. The worst part of it all was the constant talking of the staff over me like I wasn't there. This was such an uncomfortable experience.
