Yesterday in between dropping son off at daycare and going to work I had a little time. I got there right after opening. I was told to wait which was fine. When sat, I picked my color and just let the na tech do her thing. Well, she knicked me. Which is no big deal. It happens. UNTIL she knicked me again in such a painful way. I screamed and blood poured from my thumb. I got up to rinse it and it wouldn't stop. So, I got a paper towel to try to stop the bleeding. Owner asked what happened but didn't help me. Tech spoke foreign language and I lost my cool. I left swearing because instead of apologizing they talked to each other and not me!!
