Great job on the pedicure, very meticulous, however, also very rough and made me bleed in multiple spots. She also only did one coat of glitter when the standard is at least 2. The dip manicure was really just application of a dip base with gel color on top. Not what I was expecting and it turned out very thick and not smooth. AND they only let my nails sit under the UV for max 10 seconds at a time, so I know the gel probably didn't set right. I didn't even get a real manicure either - no cuticle cleanup or moisturizer or anything other than a cut/file and color application. I had to ask for some cuticle oil and lotion at the end. I also think I was way overcharged ($120) based on the prices I saw on their menu.

I had an appointment for an acrylic nail removal and a regular polish manicure. Lynn did my nails and I could instantly tell she had years of experience. She was very gentle when removing the acriylics and was very precise when painting and shaping my nails. She was also incredibly kind and made me feel welcome.
