She took her time providing wonderful care, giving extra attention to problem areas on the feet. Jessica shared her knowledge about foot care and how to keep toenails in tip-top shape. Some salons are really sticklers about having THEIR customers, but everyone here helps everyone out and I love it. As soon as I get in, they ask me if I want something to drink. If they get really busy and my feet are soaking a little longer than normal, any one of them will make sure to replace the water in the tub so my feet don't get cold. I LOVE this place and refuse to go anywhere else! If I were to give any constructive criticism (which has NOTHING to do with their services), it would be to have Rain disallow customers bringing in their children unless said child is also receiving a service. Their prices are excellent compared to other local salons- especially during the week when they have a special. They also do a loyalty stamp card for discount after ten visits. The one downside for me is that all three times my service has taken a long time. I don't love sitting still (ADHD!) so for me that's a downside. BUT the results have been great so I'll choose to go there when I'm not in a hurry or on a day off.
