Nail service quality is spotty, Michelle (I think is her name) is the best from my experience. The customer service was horrible. My hand has been slapped away MULTIPLE times, they are easy to be frustrated by what you requested or you in general, and most importantly they are blatantly disrespectful. The sweetest young girl came in with her father while I was getting my service done, they were both unsure of how everything worked (understandably). My nail lady began to ask them a question and then loudly said "Can she not speak? What the f**k!".
