I'll report on the haircut in a minute but so far this place sucks from a first time customer experience. It doesn't take any effort to greet or even acknowledge a customer when they enter the shop. The owner should teach this basic customer service Actually it should have to be taught. It's common courtesy After getting seated, Kelly did a nice job on my hair. I'll give credit for that. He took the time to assess my son's haircut, explain what could realistically be corrected, and carefully work to improve the damage caused by a previous barber. What impressed us most was his honesty and attention to detail. Rather than making promises he couldn't keep, Fouad explained that additional growth would be necessary before the haircut could be fully corrected. His skill, professionalism, and dedication were greatly appreciated, especially considering his very busy schedule. We are extremely grateful that he made time for my son and look forward to returning as his hair continues to grow out. I highly recommend Fouad to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, talented barber who truly cares about his clients!
