Two hours later, I received a call back and was able to book a same day appointment for 3:15pm... But at 2:56pm I received a TEXT that they needed to reschedule/cancel my appointment. The two times she has cut my hair, I have walked out looking fresh and amazing. Floyd's follows all COVID-19 cleaning protocols. You have to book a reservation first. When you arrive, you stay in your car and notify them you are there. Everyone wears a mask and your temperature is checked as soon as you walk in. Also, everything is sanitized once someone leaves. The haircut cost $25. A 60% surcharge without warning is unprofessional, disingenuous and unacceptable.

My work schedule is four random days of the week that I receive in six week cycles, the schedule is usually posted about two weeks or less prior to the new schedule starting. Their solution is to tell you to book ahead so that it will be easier to reschedule you but often they actually still have no openings so then they try to bounce you around to stylists consistently, never once been offered a phone call if someone cancels or anything like that. Their services are pretty expensive and the last two times I have hated how my hair looked leaving including the time I asked for a face framing trim and left with little strands chopped to about two inches like a bang that I now have to grow out. Also while processing no one ever checks on me I just sit there twiddling my thumbs hoping it's processing appropriately while my stylist hides in the back. When I called to cancel stating I wouldn't be back they weren't even curious as to why so here we are. I wish them luck but the customer service needs a serious glow up

The supposedly 30-minute appointment for $45 took less than 15 minutes, with no check to see whether the cut needed refinement. Just because someone had walked in during our visit doesn't mean you have to rush your work with your scheduled client. That is a big NO. You will lose clients with your attitude of trying to get extra people in within our allotted time; what matters to you. You completely lost us and our respect. Not to mention, you demand a tip of 27% to 50% on top of your charge. Unbelievable!!!
