The salon is tired looking and the overall vibe is sort of lowbrow. A basic manicure took 25 minutes and cost $20 - they didn't wash their hands or ask me to wash mine at any point. No massage of any sort, no spa amenity at all (not even a paper cup of water). And for the amount of cuticle trimming they did (my finger bled) it's amazing how dry and flaky my fingertips are.... I would say you get what you pay for but you don't. You get far less. Other nail salons of similar caliber charge $10-$12 for much more than what Bliss Nails - formerly Top Nail - provides. read more

Went here due to our first choice being closed for the holidays... paid for a full service gel manicure, and got a quickie 20 minute coat before being rushed to pay. No nail trim, no cuticle care, nothing despite my protests. When the color was completely wrong they wouldn't make it right and redo. Staff was friendly but the quality of the service was crap. I really like this salon. The owner and her husband are really pleasant and the leg massage they give you is just wonderful. I always get excellent service and they make my tired old feet look shiny and brand new. They also don't try to upsell you on "special pedicures". If you wnat a bit more, just ask. read more

This place was the same as the typical walk-in place that I have been to. - $30 for pedicure - Little wait (walk-in) - Workers did a good job - Place was relatively clean, although the place could use a makeover especially to make it more welcoming to people that are not familiar with the place and are looking at it from the outside. - Seems like the workers wear gloves to protect themselves vs the guests. They changed gloves in between guests but took cash, helped out others, while wearing the same gloves. This seems to happen a lot at the different nail places I have been to over time. - The workers speak in a foreign language to each other while working on you. If I need nail services when I back in town, I would return. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I left with a bleeding/infected finger, disgusting nails, and no apology. My manicurist was not paying attention while she was filing and actually started filing down on my finger. It started bleeding everywhere, so she whipped out some bottle of blue stuff and, without asking me or telling me what it was, squirted it on my finger. I was hoping she was disinfecting it, but it did not feel that way. Instead it stopped the bleeding right away, so I guess it was that liquid band-aid stuff? Would have been nice to ask before handing an injury. She kept filing and painting, and eventually rubbed off whatever she had put on the cut, so it started bleeding again. This is where the story gets GROSS. She took a nail-art brush out of the neighboring booth, dipped it in a different container of blue stuff, and started dabbing it on my bleeding cut to stop the blood from getting on the polish. When she finished, she put the brush right back in the other person's nail booth WITHOUT CLEANING IT. No part of the handling of this situation was sanitary, which is probably why the cut ended up infected. It was so horrifying, I did not know what to do. And all that filing was for nothing, because she for some reason filed both of my thumbs completely lopsided. Like, not just a little, they were very noticeably crooked. The polish was all over the edge of my fingers and she did not take the time to remove the excess. I'm honestly not that picky about manicures, but this was hilariously bad. After all of this, she still had the audacity to repeatedly try to convince me to let her do little decals on my nails. I shouldn't have even had to pay for the manicure I got, let alone spend more money on tacky little palm trees or whatever it was she wanted to paint! No way. I wish I had thought to take a picture of it, but I went home and tried to fix the situation. I should have known better, since the interior of the place was awful. If I can find out the name of my manicurist (never introduced herself) I will edit this to include it. read more

I go to Top Nails for pedicures and sometimes manicures. The pedicures are a great deal (35 USD). They take about 50 minutes. You sit in a great chair that massages your back and neck while your feet are in a heated water massage. The pedicure by the technician is really thorough and includes a leg massage. The Chinese food place next door means you can bring take-out home with you so you don't have to rattle the relaxation you developed by cooking dinner. read more

Awful! Awful, awful! Yesterday, a gentleman started doing my service (a full set of acrylic nails) and half way through, got up and left. Then, a woman came over to finish. First she dremmeled the nails down so far that I could see my fingertips over the nail, actually dremmeling the flesh of my finger in the process, then she argued with me over my choice of color. When she was done, I was absolutely horrified at how uneven and terrible the nails looked, to the point where I was speechless. I left, and after I called down a bit, I called, spoke with the gentleman and told him I was unhappy and why. He told me to come back the next day and he would fix it. I told him what time I'd be there but guess what? He wasn't there today when i went back. The same woman tried telling me She would repaint them, but that there was nothing wrong with the nails. I disagreed, and told her I wanted the nails fixed and her response was a flat "No. " I said I wanted my money back, she said, "no." I said yes, "get that gentleman here, he said he'd fix them." She said she would have someone remove the nails and give me my money back. I took that option. Incredibly rude, people, terrible customs service. Go to a real spa, don't waste your money here. read more
