I visited this salon expecting a French pedicure, but it was a complete disappointment. The technician barely finished the job and left it unfinished after 45 minutes. The pedicure looked exactly like what I had come in with, and when I asked the technician to fix it, it still looked sloppy and thick. I asked again to fit it, but the technician still couldn't do it properly. From the beginning, I felt rushed and didn't receive the service I deserved. The technician said I didn't have to pay because I wasn't happy with the service and then started to threaten to call the police because I wasn't going to pay for unfinished service. She started yelling at me for expressing my dissatisfaction, which was completely unacceptable. Question is Why should I have to pay when the technician said I didn't have to. The customer service at this salon is terrible. They lack the ability to handle situations and provide helpful assistance to their customers. I strongly advise against visiting this salon. read more

This was the worst, and most expensive, manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I asked to have my gel tips removed, but instead they were just filed down and more gel was added on top. The manicure itself was sloppy: the nails aren't even the same size, the polish is uneven, and drilling underneath ruined my actual nails. My thumbnails are especially bad, one even dips down at the top. The pedicure was no better: just one streaky layer of polish with messy edges, and it cost $50 for something I could have done better myself. Absolutely terrible experience. I forgot to ask the name of the one who did my pedicure, but Alvin did my acrylic manicure and was so attention to detail. My fill was $55 and my pedi was $50. A bit pricey but the least expensive in the area and did an amazing job. I'd definitely recommend this place. Make an appointment before you go because it's busy. The first time I came to the salon, I wanted my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. They did not properly soak off the acrylics; instead the gentleman used a yellow New York Metro card to shove it under my acrylic nails, and forcefully rip and rem them off my natural nails. The gel manicure I had afterwards was just average, nothing crazy or notable. The second time, I received a gift card for my birthday so I figured I'd give them another try. I had made an appointment for a pedicure, since I didn't want to put my fingernails through any more damage/trauma. I made an appointment, but still waited 40-45 minutes before my pedicure was started. The gentleman used a nail file to scrape away my cuticles from my toes. He also dunked the tool used to clean under the toenails in the water, scraped around the drain of the tub, and proceeded to use it on my toes. Disgusting and unsanitary. There was also a large amount of dust on the foot dryers (pic attached). Needless to say, I doused my feet in sanitizer in the car when I left. The customer service is nice, but for unsanitary hygiene and improper practices, i will not be returning or recommending. read more

We'd been turned away from another nail spa, which put a damper on our plans for the day. Checking nearby places we found this one, opened recently last April. We called and were told they were closing in an hour but even so greeted us warmly as we arrived. They were busy but set the four of us up to soak. My husband was attended to first. Sally took good care of him, including giving him a paraffin soak. He loved it and raved about how soft his feet felt. Sally helped me next. She told me I needed a callous treatment. It was true. It's been a long summer of bare feet! I was impressed that she took such an interest despite it being close to closing time. In fact, she didn't finish with me until 3:35 and didn't shortcut any part of my service. The staff was very friendly, the service was professional and we will all return soon! read more

Maybe it's just because it's my first time getting a pedi done in Connecticut, California doesn't do pedi's like this (neither does RI). They filed the top of each of your nails down, a lot. To where the nail is flimsy. Weird!? I came here because of the yelp reviews, the paraffin wax sounded nice- it wasn't. It's shared, not sanitary at all. They dunk your whole foot into it. Then the most absurd moment of all, was they charge you an extra nine dollars for them to scrub your calluses off?? That's a normal pedi where I come from? But once you agree to pay that extra, they only do a half job with it. After paying $40/each, I expected a much better job. The paint even chipped the next day from the uneven filing they do on your nail beds. Yikes. read more

I got a pedicure and a full set this morning and I was there for 4 hours to have a poor quality done on my full set. I had gotten a fill from this place and when the lady was doing my nails she had messed up my coffin shape and had made it oval, however the prices are good but the place may use cheap materials. It is a Wednesday and I had gotten my nails done on the previous saturday and i already had a nail break, I am very upset and unimpressed with this place I would not recommend going here for acrylics or powder nails , but the customer service was very nice although one of the lady's was very rough with the machine had nipped my finger a few times cause me to bleed and she did not even tell me to wash my hands to get the blood out instead she had just dipped my fingers right into the powder causing the powder dip to get into my finger , once again i would not recommend for the acrylics. read more
