I went back to have them fix it, and even after tipping $15, they asked for an additional tip, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't mind paying for good service, but changing prices in the middle of the service and pushing for extra tips is unacceptable. I left very dissatisfied and would not return.

All that aside, I won't be back after my most recent cut. I told the hairdresser I wanted an angled bob and showed them an inspo picture. I came in with armpit length hair so this shouldn't have been an issue. They glanced at the pic, asked me next to no clarifying questions, and proceeded to give me a chin length lord Farquaad straight bob instead. They also did not provide a mirror to see the back so it wasn't until I got home and could get a good view of the back did I realize just how different it was from what I asked for. I hoped it was the styling, but even after washing and restyling, there's no way around it. This is the second time I've cried over a haircut I've gotten from hairdressers at this salon because they just don't seem to care about what I ask for, they just do whatever they want.

I get there 5 minutes early, and there is a customer ahead of me. Only one nail tech is available at the time & someone who seemed to be an assistant. She then picks up the phone & tells the other person on the line to come in at 3:15, while she hasn't even started on my nails. I had to be at an event at 4:00PM, which I proceed to tell her. She loudly shouts "almost done!". 5 minutes later she rushes towards me & files my nails without even asking what shape I want. I had an event at 4:00PM, so I stopped her & told her i would have to come back. I pay for pedi and tipped 20%. Make an appt at 6:00PM. I come back at 6:00PM, and guess what? Another client is sitting there. I wait until 6:50PM until i get impatient & ask how long the wait is going to be. She then hurriedly finishes everything, and we start at 7PM. She rushed through everything, and I bleed a bit. And i needed to stop her in the middle of it as she forgot to file my other hand to a round shape. I am really disappointed at this point. Nails come out fine, but the wait was ridiculous & her demeanor was unprofessional. I tip her 15% anyway because she is trying to make the ends meet, and may be she's having a bad day. Fast forward a few days, and 3 of my fingers have an infection! (Photos uploaded) I've been getting my nails done for over a decade, and this has never happened to me. Avoid this place until they have a new tech. Just terrible.
