I walked in with my own healthy, square long nails. No acrylic, no tips, my nails. The woman even commented on what nice healthy nails I had. Then she commended cutting them all off. All I needed was a change of color. I started shaking as soon as she cut the first nail off. I literally cried that it was too short. She said she was sorry and then said she had to even them out. She still painted the design I originally wanted, even though there was barely a nail left to paint it on. The worst part of all is the nails aren't even the same the length as each other, there's polish on my fingers and it will take months for them to grow back. It was truly awful.

But two hours after I left the buisness I go home and the gel was peeling clean off my toes. All I did after the pedicure was pick up groceries and my children. I've been getting gel French pedicures for the past 15 years and never experienced this anywhere. there was gel in the cracks of my toenail that were peeling and cracking and I knew if I peeled it all the gel on my toes would come off with it. And after that I really examined my pedicure. By my cuticle on my big toe wasn't even painted 3/4 of my toe was done and I didn't even think that was possible. my toenails were round instead of square and were different shapes and uneven . I gave the lady a $15 tip on top of paying $70 for a pedicure ONLY. Because as I said I've been here before and received good service. I called the establishment and the woman who answered that I'm pretty sure was the one who did it just said sorry and hung up . No type of resolution, no offer to fix it, NOTHING. just took my money . If I were anybody I would pick a different establishment for a spa mani pedi treatment and I am moving forward. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE. I literally peeled it off and had to except I got jipped $100. The person who was doing my nails was so rough and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She cut my skin so many times and my cuticles started to bleed. SHE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. After I told her to stop Becs my fingers were hurting so bad from all the cuts she gave me, I told her I just wanted her to take it off. I asked if I can come back next time with someone I previously wanted to go to becs I liked her work but then THAT GIRL states she works just the same and she might cut me too so at that point I wanted to just get out. They kept saying things under their breath about me in Spanish as well and I told the girl just leave it I'll fix it myself and walked out. As I walked out they made a smart ass remark and said have a good weekend knowing damn well I was crying becs of how mean they were. They're actually delicate with your feet and don't over cut your cuticles like the place down the road. The dazzle dry lasts for WEEKS without chipping which is fantastic for someone like me who doesn't get pedis often. I like it better than gel because it comes off with acetone. The place is very clean, bright and the bathrooms are also immaculate. Had zero issues with language barriers and will definitely be back for another pedi in October. They do reservations too!
