Great customer service! Stayed late to finish and didn't feel rushed! Always feel like a get a quality service whenever I go!

I have been here with friends and family multiple times, but today is an experience I won't forget. All I asked for was a gel manicure. I even brought a photo. I walked in with my own healthy, square long nails. No acrylic, no tips, my nails. The woman even commented on what nice healthy nails I had. Then she commended cutting them all off. All I needed was a change of color. I started shaking as soon as she cut the first nail off. I literally cried that it was too short. She said she was sorry and then said she had to even them out. She still painted the design I originally wanted, even though there was barely a nail left to paint it on. The worst part of all is the nails aren't even the same the length as each other, there's polish on my fingers and it will take months for them to grow back. It was truly awful. read more

My daughter purchased a $100 dollar gift certificate from this nail salon. It was over a year ago with no expiration date listed on the gift card. Apparently, this business was being sold and the current owner would not honor and I spoke to the previous owner who had moved on. He stated this was the responsibility of the current owner to honor. Sad that I am the customer who got caught holding the bag and out of money. I really did not expect this and the current owner did not care. I will never go to this shop again. BEWARE of this shady owner of this salon. I live locally and try to support local but never will I give him business again. Disappointed!! read more

I arrived with my daughter and her mother in law to get mania and peddies before my daughters baby arrives next week. We had appointments. My daughter and her mother in law got the same tech for their manicures and pedicures. I had one tech for my feet and a different one for my manicure. The second tech was obviously annoyed that she had to stay to do my nails and was very unfriendly. My daughter and her mother in law were offered massages after their manicures and I was told to sit for a few minutes. Everyone else was friendly. They are a little pricey compared to other local places. Just not happy with my tech. read more

Love their wide variety of color selections here! There are way too many to chose from which is never a problem! They have a lot of glitter and sparkle gel colors too! They also provide dazzle dry manicures which is great and I cannot wait to try it. I will definitely be coming back! $33 for a gel manicure and $45 for the basic spa pedicure read more

I do not normally write bad reviews because i am sensitive to how hard it is to run a small business. But I have been here twice recently and both times were awful. The "massage" as a part of the pedicure was nothing - I could not even feel it both times. And, the last time I went, the pedicurist did not even clip my toenails. I had to ask her to do it after she had done everything else, then she seemed annoyed with me for asking. My husband wanted a back massage and his trachea was so pressed in the chair that he could not breathe. These people do not know what they are doing. A couple of years ago, they were much better. Not sure what happened to this business but they need to improve. read more

They're so nice, the nails are pretty good quality, not perfect but definitely worth the price and probably the best place in east lyme for dip powder nails. read more

I came here today to get a gel manicure- I haven't been to this location since the new owners have come in. The updates inside are fantastic, especially the new chairs and basins for the pedicures! I had an idea of a color in mind and two awesome staff members helped me get as close as I could to the shade I was looking for! The service was great, and everything was really clean! It is a bit more expensive than other area nail salons ($30 for a gel/shellac manicure) but it's definitely convenient for me as far as location. I will be back for sure - and hopefully for a pedicure next time too! read more

Been here two times... The first time my gel nails chipped within 12 hours, I went back to get them fixed and they chipped again. I decided to give them a second chance and I regret it. They made my eyebrows extremely uneven and don't even clean your nails or anything. For the price it's extremely outrageous for what you get. Would not recommend. read more

Oh well. I got a mani/pedi. After the pedi I went home to scrub my feet because the person who worked with my feet literally dusted them with the pumice. I got more dry skin off myself in two minutes. The client in the chair next to me seemed to get a nice massage and pumice scrub. My massage was left out by the nail tech who worked with me for the pedi. Regular polish on both hands and feet was lightly and unevenly applied (translucent). Polish was applied quickly and was not allowed to dry between coats and did not dry when under the fan; even though after touching my nails and smudging them staff tried to tell me they were dry. Nail polishes on display are 3 to 4 years past their expiration dates. Staff was very kind, though. Hoping this place improves! read more

I came in for the Anchor Pedicure $55 (as a treat). It was not a treat. The girl spent most of the time talking to the gentleman at the front desk. She took less than 5 Seconds (no exaggeration) to apply the scrub and then rinsed it off. Then she applied the mask and wrapped my legs with Luke warm towels. She left them there as they got really cold as she hung out with the gentleman at the desk. The up side is that my nails looked good when done, but the experience was well below par. read more
