I got French manicure one hour ago and it already started to peel! After applying the last coat, they didn't even clean the edges with nail file.. The place is cheaper than other places, but still it's a waste of time and money to go there.. Also the place smells extremely chemical!! Been coming here for about 6 months now & I've been enjoying it! I get acrylics with gel polish & they usually last the whole 3 weeks between my appointments, despite me being pretty hard on my nails. Ugh. This place is a disaster. It is a mess and very unsanitary. I went in needing a manicure and brow wax. I left with only a brow wax because I was desperate for one and regret it. I had a beautiful shape to my brows which only needed a clean up. The girl destroyed that shape and I left with crooked brows, one of which was boxy. She also left too much wax residue. I had to rush home and do am emergency repair job. The brow room is in the back of the shop and it is even more a mess than the front. I should have go e to cozy nail my usual spot read more

I wish i had an option of giving nothing. I literally had to go that place for 6 times in 3 weeks. Just cause they messed up so much. First time i got encapsulation they messed up that i had holes i got that fixed. Then in a week one of the nail snapped. Went to get my nails done again. Gel polish peeled off the same day. Then after fixing that my beads started to fall. Then after fixing that 2 of my nail broke in a week (please note the were freshly done again the same week) Went in to ask them to fix it they told me my nails have a problem thats why this happens. (I was like seriously how about you guys not doing the job properly) Anyway they fixed, they knew i ll be coming to get my nails off. I paid $10 to take them off and now i am the one peeling them off cause they thought they took off everything. PLEASE NEVER GO THERE. Staff is friendly yes. But its better to go somewhere else. No one does a more meticulous manicure than Michelle. Same holds for all other nail applications she does. I've been going to her since they opened the shop, and whenever I have to go someplace else because of timing or if I'm not in the area, I always look down at my nails and say "Michelle does a better job." She and her husband take great pride in their business; it's clean, reasonably priced and has a friendly relaxed feel to it. Love them!! read more
