Nina, my technician, had a plan to save my nails and save me money and boy did it work! She did a wonderful job and did exactly what I wanted in terms of nail art. Over priced. Me and my family got the number 2, and gave them a $7 tip per person. One of the employees publicly shamed us for not tipping enough and asking for $15 more. Furthermore, they gave a sand burn to one of our toes when doing our nails. I went here a few weeks ago and was not at all satisfied with the girl I had. Two days later the edges of my big toes split and had to cut them! Even the polish came off. I never want her to Do my pedicures again but not sure how to approach that when I go back there. I have always been satisfied. And Carmen doesn't work here anymore. Pro: Friendly staff. Con/experience: 2 nails (tips) came off in less than 12 hrs. Also the tips are glued on- no gel no powder for $50. There is a gap between the nail polish and my actual nail. Nails were not cut appropriatly. Some are longer than others, some curve, some have indents. They rushed to finish my nails because there was a large group coming in which is not acceptable. $13 for a manicure that is still perfect six days later and a free shoulder massage. Literally the best deal I may have ever encountered. A friend and I stopped in on a Friday morning for manicures. There was plenty of staff in the large space so there was no wait. Elegance has a large variety of polishes, mostly OPI and Essie colors. I was asked what shape I like my nails to be as well as if I wanted them just filed or cut and filed. I like having options and being consulted on these types of things. The actual manicure took about 20 minutes. I felt like the employees paid attention to detail, took their time and made sure the final product looked spotless. They also encourage you to pay before they add polish so you don't mess up your nails fiddling around with money. Everything in Elegance is very clean and it is obvious that they have a ton of returning, regular customers. After your manicure or pedicure as you are sitting at the drying station, you receive a wonderful, free shoulder massage. It was a little less than 10 minutes. I typically never wait long enough for my nails to dry and this is a perfect way to pass that time. This is worth the $13 by itself. Elegance does not take tips on credit or debit cards so make sure you have some cash on hand for tips. Though I do not live in the area, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, clean, friendly and affordable nail place. read more

I have been going here for years and have rarely been disappointed. It's clean, they are friendly business people and family oriented. They usually have someone available for a massage while your nails dry and have upbeat music playing. I've tried other places now and again but always return to Elegance. They updated a couple of years ago and the pedi chairs offer a back massage which is a nice perk but overall they aren't the most comfy spa chairs I've experienced. read more

I went here for pedis today with my 5 year old daughter. Everyone was friendly and the place was nice and clean. I paid $30 for my basic pedi and $20 for my daughter's. Plus another $5 to get her finger nails painted. They did great with her. No complaints. read more

Amateur hour. Possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. I didn't even get polish since I'm just going to head next door to Villa and have them provide a proper pedicure service. I was going to get a gel manicure also, but changed my mind REAL QUICK. Not a happy customer at all. I like this place. Nina is great. I ended up getting the SNS powdered gel bcuz its suppose to be softer on the nails n Nina did a great job. However this line of products doesnt seem to last not even a week. I confirm that with another client who was sitting next to me at the salon. Whether it's a pedicure or gel manicure, I am never disappointed. I struggle to find a gel manicure that stays the full two weeks.. at Elegance, the gel manicure surpasses the two weeks, often staying through a third week. Everyone is trained the same way, so no matter who does your nails, they will always come out perfectly.
