This salon has gone downhill. It needs to be cleaned and the techs could at least smile when a customer arrives. They provide a bare bones mani/pedi, rushed, just nothing special. The only time they look at you is to say "tip in cash" although the service barely deserves a tip. Won't go back or recommend it to anyone. read more

Had a very good pedicure here, but the atmosphere of this salon is about a zero. Was initially welcomed by someone busy doing a video game who basically just pointed me to a chair without even looking up from their screen. No real interest in developing any rapport with the customers. The woman who did my pedicure though was very pleasant and absolutely meticulous in her work. My daughter and I went in for manicures for her birthday. The person who greeted us was very abrupt and unfriendly, despite having only one other customer at the time, they almost seemed annoyed. They seemed rushed and the nail tech clipped my daughter's cuticle skin so that it bled. The quality of the manicure was nothing special. Will never go there again. read more

the workers were SO DISRESPECTFUL to me and elderly people. the process took way too long to get my nails done. and they were so rushed when doing my nails. and I said thank you more then I could count yet no your welcome or smile, I would also compliment there jewelry, and job on my nails (even tho they were bad) and no response. they heard me. I don't recommend this place... Very nasty odor, their towels are very gross and old looking, there's little nats flying around, in fact my nail girl is swatting her legs every few minutes. The pedicure chair is comfortable but the foot rest is not, it's hard plastic. One lady keep coughing on someone's feet as they're getting a pedicure. gross. I won't be back, ever. read more

I am changing my reviews because of the last 2 times was the worst ... we made an appointment the last 2 times .... we were sent to the back room with harshness each time.... as soon as we walked in ... we were a berden to the staff .... pushed in and out as quickly as possible to get us out of there ... for customers who are above the 30 percent tip every month you would think you would want repeat customers.... i guess this establishment doesnt want repeat business.... my person would not do any clipping and my mother's toes were so short I had to take her to the doctor the next day .... read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and had a good experience. I got the lavender pedi and a new set of tips with a gel powder(no uv or drying time required!) Pros: very friendly greeting, the man who serviced me took his time and I never felt rushed, the salon appeared clean and sanitary, when it was time to pay the woman gave me coupons for future services, and I think my toes and pink and white new set look great! Cons: there was a bit of a language barrier(when asking questions about services I didn't get a detailed response), and it is pricy(55 for my upgraded pedi and 55 for my new set), however both services came with several minute massages, paraffin, hot stones with pedi, and more. SO, I've been coming here for manicures and pedicures since around March I think? The first time I came in, I asked if they could do French ombré. I was told said no, but that they would order the stuff to do it soon. I kept coming back every 2 or so weeks for fills and they eventually got the order of the stuff for the French ombré but wouldn't do it on me until they learned how to do it well. Today, I came in for my fill, and she said she could do the French ombré on me! I was so excited. I was the first person she had done all 10 fingers of this on. She bought the stuff for it AND perfected how to do it after I asked for it the first time I had came in. I'm so glad I found this place and continued to come back for fills, it was worth the wait. They always do a GREAT job. Thwy really went above and beyond. AND, she did an AMAZING job with the ombré. read more

I have been regularly going to this Nail place for over one year. The staff are friendly and you don't get the feeling they are speaking in a foreign language about the customers like you do in other places (or is it only me that gets that feeling?). This salon is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The treatment for my gel nails include a 3 minute back and neck massage and paraffin at the conclusion to leave my hands soft and moisturized. The gals there are super friendly and very accommodating. I just went on New Year's Eve and not only did I get this wonderful treatment but left with a New Years gift consisting of moisturizer and a $10 coupon for my next appointment. First time visit on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait and plenty of staff available. Overall, the place is clean but I was very surprised that they don't sanitize instruments between customers. I had to ask for a new paper towel since the previous customers cut nails were still right in front of me. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident because I was impressed with the nail service. A great addition to the local nail care scene. Very clean yet modest space. I went for a fill and a pedicure and it was a great experience. Priced similarly to the salons, but the difference is I felt I got what I paid for for a change. Not in the least bit rushed, which was so refreshing! Wonderful chair massage to wrap it up. I absolutely recommend this salon. Update 2/12/17 - I continue to patronize this salon and my appreciation of their service remains the same, if not better than before. At the holidays they provided customers of the gift of coupons for discounts on future services. In addition, they are utilizing text to provide updates for weather closures and additional discounts. They are great. I've been going to get manicures and pedicures for decades, and this nail salon is one of the best I've been to. I have acrylic nails and the man that does them at the salon is great. Plus they give a warm back massage while you have your nails done, which is something new. read more

The staff was attentive and the place was clean- but the person who did my nails was not good. He did everything fine until he got to painting. He didn't paint my whole nail and I can clearly see that he missed a lot of my nail when he painted the second coat. I should have said something but was in a hurry. Very disappointed. read more

Most important thing to me is cleanliness, their equipment and space was spotless. Decor is subtle not over done with posters, fake plants and flowers. When I'm looking for a "spa" hour or so I'm looking for restful and peaceful locations. I live in town and return at least once a month, please keep up the peaceful feeling. read more

I'm a repeat customer of this salon, and I have yet to be disappointed! The owner, Rachel, is very professional and friendly. I had acrylic nails applied and come here regularly for fill-ins. She has always worked me in around my busy schedule and never makes me feel rushed! My nails were so short when I first came in, barely above the cuticle! I was told by others that it would be "impossible" to put acrylic nails on my fingers. Rachel not only proved them wrong, but they stayed on and continue to look beautiful. She is determined to keep her customers happy and will correct any mistakes that are brought to her attention. I asked her about a previous negative review the salon had been given. She stated that it was a new employee who did not pay careful attention to detail on several occasions. He has since been let go. If you have any concerns, speak to Rachel and she will make your experience a pleasant one. The back rubs were a welcome bonus after the manicure, as was the paraffin dip for my hands.
