I ended up finding The Waxery and booked a partial set- which I'd never even heard of- with Sheyanne. There was ample parking when I got there. The studio was really cute and clean! Sheyanne is a GD sorceress. She fixed my lashes and gave me EXACTLY what I'd asked for. I wanted a cat eye, natural look and boom! They were the perfect length and thickness. The partial set was absolutely perfect- I liked it even more than what I normally get done!!! She was also able to give me brown lashes. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect fix up. Sheyanne was sweet, accommodating, and so easy to chat with. I left feeling amazing and so did my pockets! The price was unbeatable. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back when traveling. It was first and last time in Super Cuts of Norwich. The woman who cut my hair took WAY too much…read moreoff but it was the way she cut my hair. She pushed my head around, laid her hand on my back when we walked from the sink in the back like a push, she dragged the comb through my hair jerking my head in the direction she wanted me to turn. I should have walked away then but instead I decided to finish my request to have eyebrows waxed. I said twice I don't want to lose my eyebrows. She waxed almost all of the left eyebrow off and I have my right eyebrow only because I said "We're done here." And got up and walked away. This is a person who, if she needs to lean on people to support herself, perhaps she should not be cutting hair. I didn't expect a spa treatment but I sure did expect to be treated better than this. Never again.

I guess there's a reason Supercuts is considered a "discount" salon. If you want an inexpensive cut, this could be your place. If you want a specified style, I would stear clear!
