We showed her a picture and I even offered to leave my phone as reference. She said "I've got it" and then proceeded to cut my son's hair DRASTICALLY shorter than requested. I guess there's a reason Supercuts is considered a "discount" salon. If you want an inexpensive cut, this could be your place. If you want a specified style, I would stear clear!
