I have been here numerous occasions and would go more frequently if I lived in CT; however I am in NYC but grew up in Tolland. Regardless, I am in my 20's my mom in her 50's and my granny in her 90's and all three of us love this place. The owner is Moon and she and her talented and friendly staff are wonderful! They are gentle yet firm with their mani/pedis and they took such amazing care of my 95 year old granny. They were so sweet and made her feel so pampered. They place is warm feeling and very clean, spotless even. No worries in that department. Everyone can get their own personal box with files and other tools to ensure a personal and "sterile" experience. Additionally I got a bikini wax (brazilian to be exact) and Moon and another lady worked with me and it was as a good wax should be. It took a little while, they did not rush to get me in and out of there in 10 minutes like other places I have been. They made sure I was always comfortable, making sure nothing was too hot and so forth. They even gave me a heated towel to put under my back to make me even more comfortable and were able to give me one of the best wax jobs I have ever had. (I do not have difficult areas so if you have thick, hard to work with areas I cannot speak directly to that, but I bet you'd be in good hands). For the first time I had almost zero ingrown after a wax as well. The prices were average and 100% worth it. The staff will get to learn your name and face and you will be so happy they did.

Mike may not smile a lot, but he doesn't not not allow you to pick a specific technician. There were times when I would call and he would tell me that they would not be available for the day I picked, but they were the next day. I've in customer service and you cannot please everyone. One thing I know is that Mike is an owner and he works hard. Could he smile more, yes, but I've seen him open up to me and a few other regulars. I've never loved getting my nails done more in a place where everyone sees you and smile, even though they're wearing mask, you can tell. Oh, and my technician also talks to me about everything in life and when I have a question about getting Mike and my technician talk to me about it. I've never been in a nail salon where they actually like you. LoL give them a try.

This is a great place to go for relaxing, fast and friendly service. Please bear in mind that a lot…read moreof people give Mike a pretty bad review - spend some time with him and you'll realize it's likely just the language barrier that makes people think he's short with them, or "rude" but I assure you, he is not, and he is absolutely wonderful at pairing you with the right technician. This is essentially vital if you're getting french tips, as they don't paint them on, they use french tip gel to last longer and look more "bright white". There are maybe a handful of technicians with this stellar skillset. I got a gift certificate to this place right after we were allowed to go outside again after the pandemic. Had just a basic gel manicure and a pedicure and fell in love. They give you really nice massages and the atmosphere is relaxing. Again, they strive to have you in and out without having you feel rushed - because let's be honest, everyone's time is valuable. The facility is very clean, and they are sure to ask you all the questions you'd expect; nail length, shape, size - right down to double checking your color. It's important to note that they book up really fast, and very rarely have time for walk-ins because of this. If you want to be serviced, make an appointment in advance so Mike can get you in and not have to worry about you missing out on a service you want in addition. Happy manis and pedis!

The first nail place I started going to when I moved up here- is wonderful but a lot further away then this one. This nail salon is much closer to where I live and therefore a lot more convenient for me to go to- so I decided to walk in on a whim on Valentine's Day after work. They immediately asked me to pick a color & and took me right away for my pedicure. I decided on the middle pedicure- at $46 which included hot stones, a massage, and paraffin wax. I also got a gel French pedicure (which is what I always get) and for the gel and the French- the total was $62 which is definitely a lot cheaper then I normally pay for a pedicure! I left a $12 tip so $75 total for this pedi! I usually pay between $70-$95 for a pedicure with the same (massage, hot stones, paraffin wax). They had nice massage chairs, and the staff was nice although my tech had issues with understanding English- not that I cared. I think overall she did an amazing job on my feet, albeit it felt a tad bit rushed! The massage isn't as long as it's been at other places, the hot stones and paraffin also felt a little rushed. But overall it was really good experience/pedicure & my feet came out perfect! I love the way they look and I would definitely return here! I'm surprised more people don't come here! They do a great job and the prices are very competitive! I wanted to give 4 stars but I'm going to round up to a 4.5 star review for 5 stars!
