Unfortunately, I would not recommend Perfect 10 Nails. The lady was very pleasant but the service in comparison with other nail salons was inferior. Very unkept and disheveled environment. The atmosphere was not of a soothing spa nature more of a salon experience. No air dryers and I question the sanitation for items that need to be sterilized. Over all I DO NOT SUGGEST! This place was recommended to me by a friend. I could tell I was going to be getting quality work done because I had to wait 2.5 weeks for the next available appointment. I was not disappointed!!! Multiple places have seen reference pics of what I wanted and couldn't come close, but Khoa and Susan nailed it. I sent my friends pics of my nails and they thought it was a insta pic I stole!! these people really forget that customers are the key to a surviving business. And if they keep treating people poorly, soon they will have nothing. PEOPLE TALK. I was one of their VERY FIRST customers when they opened and had stopped going when I had a problem with the fact that I waited there after having an appointment as they took other people that came after me when I was waiting WITH my baby, that was the first WRONG. I was a great, every other week, consistent customer who was constantly advertising their business. HOWEVER, I went back about 6 months ago AND WILL NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They made me feel so uncomfortable, so unwanted, they had the mom do my nails(which came out so awful she shouldn't even be doing them) as they both were free and coming out to stare or make rude comments towards me as if I wasn't right there. I'm so insulted and I couldn't believe it. I've never been treated like that before, nor had such RUDE and AWFUL service. My nails came out the worst I've ever seen. I wish I had a pic, but they weren't even picture worthy. I had to go to Nail and Spa Connection only 2 days later to get them fixed! I really think it was them being PETTY considering the situation that had happened YEARS prior. If things didn't go that way, I would've loved to give them my business again. But these people sure forget where they came from!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! If you guys want quality AND respect, definitely check out Nail and Spa Connection, I still have yet to leave disappointed there, amazing work and always so welcoming. I have NEVER in my life had a more upsetting nail salon experience, in the history of me getting my nails done! As many people know. I usually always have my nails done. Being as so, acrylic, causes your nail bed to be brittle. I am completely aware of my nails, and how thin they are, from the constant fills I get. I have tried acrylic, and gel, regardless of the lies nail technicians tell you, acrylic especially ruins your nails, and so does gel, and gel polish, from uv lighting. Knowing this, I tell the nail technicians every time, when getting a new set, that my nails are fragile, and thin, and please DO NOT, leave the electric file on my nail bed for to long. Doing so results in extreme discomfort for me, and severe burning. So I arrive today at Perfect 10 Nails&Spa for my appointment at 12:30. My nails are in the condition as stated above. I inform my technician about my nail condition, warn her about the severity. She doesn't acknowledge me speaking. I figure ok, maybe she's just not in the mood to talk, that's understandable. She instantly tries ripping of my past acrylic. Already causing me pain. Meanwhile she is sighing under her breath, and I can tell she does not want to be dealing with my nails. She proceeds to be rough with me, and then starts to pour a bowl of acetone. This is to help her remove the past acrylic, again I haven't said anything, but I can seen the irritation beginning in the tech. When she walks away, I tried to help her by trying myself to remove the remaining acrylic, now she yells at me, and the male tech further reprimands me. I apologize, and leave my nails to soak. At this point I feel humiliated already, mind you they are talking to me like this in front of another customer. After my nails soaked, and she, again takes the electric nail file to my nail beds, she leaves it on them to long, and I pull away, exclaiming, "When you leave the file to long, it burns". Now again, I am ignored! Finally she, sizes and glues the fake nails, while being rough again. She chuckles under her breath, in a snickering manner. Now, even the nails put on were not done correctly, because I had to ask her to remove two of the nails before she sized the other hand because they were crooked. I became so upset with the disrespect, and the embarrassment I started to cry, while sitting in her chair. I wasn't even angry, because, I was in such aw, and disbelief. I then, excused my self to bathroom. When I returned after collecting myself, another women approached me. Now telling me that this was my fault, and I shouldn't be getting my nails done anyways if I'm in to much pain. Mind you this is still all going on in front of a customer. Finally, the male technician interrupts me, while I'm speaking to the other women, and tells me we aren't going to be able to help you here, and that I need to find some where else. Obviously at this point, I was going to be leaving anyways. This was the worse experience like I said, that I have ever had. I truly hope that they treat other customers better than they did me today! If you live in Norwich, I highly recommend NEVER going to this salon! I must say that I loved my nails when I was going to Susan. She was personable and talented with her work and I liked it. However trying to get ahold of them was nearly impossible. They don't take phone calls, and their voicemail is always full so there was no possibility of leaving a message to get a call back. You can only message them through IG or FB to schedule or reschedule an appointment. And even then it takes a while to hear back. Very inconvenient. Then the cherry on top was when I informed Susan I wouldn't be able to come for a couple of months. My son was going to school for the first time so I wasn't sure about finances. When I messaged her on IG she said she'd be happy when I came back. But when I messaged her only THREE days later to tell her it turned out I could keep coming back, she never responded. I sent a couple of messages to make an appointment after that and got no response. Then all of a sudden the shop makes a post that they're no longer taking new clients. I messaged on FB to ask her if she was considering me a new client and to let me know either way. Still no response. Then I found out from another client of hers that they were moving locations and that they only kept a certain amount of clients. That's not professional at all to me and I lost all respect for her business. Maybe for her choice clients she treats them differently and therefore by all means go. But I regret continuously trying to contact the shop. There I was begging to give them business when I WAS a client, or so I thought. In my opinion that's not how you treat those supporting your business. All it takes is communication and that would've shown respect. That didn't happen. I now go to a shop that's just as good and who treats ALL their clients respectfully. For that reason I wouldn't tell anyone to go. To me work ethic is just as important as nice nails. read more

Everyone that works here is amazing. They pay attention to detail and can execute any design that is given to them. I have never had to wait more then 5 minutes upon arrival. All speak very well English and truly try to go above and beyond. They are a little pricy compared to other nail salons but it is because of the quality you receive. read more

I am very particular with my nails and was nervous going into this appointment. I could not be any more happy with how my nails turned out!
