The quality of the work was good and I am extremely picky, and very hard to please so as a first timer coming here , it was decent. The things that bothered me is when I called they told me a full set acrylic with gel was $45 but I was charged $60. I didn't appreciate that at all. The employees are stoic , they are dull and not that welcoming. I had to start a conversation which Is unusual for me. The atmosphere is pretty calm, not that busy. So will I come again ? This place is horrible, never come here. Not only are the workers absolutely rude but they refused to give me a refund or fix my nails after they messed up ONE DAY after getting them. The customer service is absolutely terrible. After spending about 2 hours here one day for a simple set of gel nails, the owner himself told me I had ruined the gel nails on purpose. I have learned that the products and staff they have are absolutely unprofessional. I will never be coming here again! I do not recommend it for anyone. They use very cheap quality products. I got a gel polish manicure and it messed up a few hours after I left their salon. The polish was so cheap it started peeling and scrunching up. My nails looked so bad. When I returned a day later, and asked them to fix it, they were beyond rude. They refused to fix it or refund me. I had them remove it and left. They even charged me for that but I had no choice as I had to go to a wedding the next day. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. this business needs to be shut down. read more

I won't be back but I'll tell you my experience so you can decide if you want to spend your money here. I got a gel manicure but I like that they last for 1-2 weeks. They did not soak my hands to soften my cuticles. They did not clean under my nails. Within 30 hours of getting the manicure, the polish on one of my nails peeled off as if it were a Lee press on nail. It was a girl's party weekend so I wasn't doing any manual work just dinner, drinks and driving. Within 5 days, the polish on all of my nails peeled off...not chipping...just separated from my nail and fell off in a single piece. read more

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They have horrible customer service, rude workers, and they refused to give me a refund after messing up on my nails. I am so angry that I wasted time and money on this. Are they running a business or a party?? On top of this, the owner of the salon came and yelled at me. When he finally agreed to take off my gel nails, he held my fingers very aggressively. His nasty ungroomed nails were digging into my fingers and the owner was filing off the gel extremely violently. Worst pedicure I have ever had!!! I was ignored for about 15 minutes when I got there, then finally was shown to a chair that didn't work properly. During the scrub the girl scraped the top side of my foot with the block and I started bleeding. And to top it all off the girl laughed at the polish color I wanted. Not very clean. I received a funny look when I asked if I could have fresh and sanitized files and drill bits. I paid $37 dollars for an acrylic full set with gel polish. According to their price board a full set is $25 and gel polish is $7. I guess they thought the tip should be included in the price? I paid and then tipped the young lady who actually did my nails,because I wanted her to have the tip and not the man who cashed me out. I won't be back. read more
