Excellent first visit! Called the day of for an appointment and they were able to get me in at the requested time for a gel mani. The nail salon is clean and beautiful. Nail tech knew what she was doing - from shaping my nails to painting - everything was perfect. She did a nude color with sheer chrome on top and it came out just how I wanted it. I was seen today at 10am for a gel overlay fill and color. I wanted to change the shape from square to oval but after asking the tech Tina she didn't seem like she was up for it so I left it as is. I chose a blue color with blue sparkle accent and after getting them done, the shape was not right, the color is dull, you can feel the dust of the nails inverted with the color, the sides don't have color. The overall experience was just disappointing. $50 down the drain. I now have to spend more money and find someone else to do the job right. read more

This is the best place I've found in my time living in south eastern CT! Not only are the employees extremely kind, the salon is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The aesthetic is perfect for those wanting a salon day. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they aimed for it. They were so gentle with my pedi. Last but not least, they are so CLEAN. The staff is awesome! My favorite is Tina, but I have had and would be comfortable with any other tech there doing my nails ( Shandy, Prince, ect)You cant say that about most salons! Never have to wait long and the services are within reasonable time also! "Boy" did the best pedicure I've ever had, excellent massage and made sure my feet were smooth before moving on. I am so disappointed in this place! Everyone said try it so I did. First I went in for a fill and a new design. Zinteel did my design modestlly and my nails made me relatively happy considering I paid $48 and $58 with tip for a FILL! I didn't love how they all walk around on the phone and chatting with each other like high schoolers about their lives and sit on phones while doing nails (would be fine if nails turned out nice and lasted)! Then after this experience I wake up Sunday morning and my nails are PEELING the design and gel polish is peeling off and looks horrific! I went at 5pm Saturday went home went to bed not much that can cause that! I message her to get them fixed. Says she'll be in Tuesday and I say great what time? I wait on Tuesday (my only day off) and she never contacts me and when I finally get ahold of her she's all booked hours later! Says she'll get me in next day (I work) can't just fit people in they have lives! So moves to Saturday (a storm hit Friday) I call to see if my apt is still on or of flooding changed it! Nope she's not coming in and as I don't care weather isn't their fault not calling to change and move apt is their fault! Finally got in over a week later and Prince fixes them, get home.. PEELING! This is an hour after! Maybe it has to do with them putting hands into lights and pulling them out less than 30 seconds later! Not going back as of now! I moved to them cuz my last place was bad. Imma just say this ..growth is a thing and the old me would've been so ratchet and disrespectful. The service I just received was DISTASTEFUL AND DISAPPOINTING. I asked this lady to copy my nails on my feet a simple French .. she continued to tell me my feet are too dark for a white French .... When I have a white French on my nails ? She didn't use a base color she just tried to put a white line at the top of my toes thin af .. after I explained I wanted a thick French like my nails . Idk how many times I pointed to my nails and told her I want the same thing on my feet . I'm no nail tech but isn't a white French basics ? & this is supposed to be professional nail care ? Nothing was professional about my appointment the lady starts laughing and continues to laugh as I'm getting another nail tech to come and fix her work . I'm trying to figure out what's funny ? Cus the old me ?? Would've reacted differently so fast they wouldn't even be able to open business the next day . So you're laughing telling me my nails too dark and I'm supposed to tip you ? long story short they got me confused and it's my birthday weekend & I'll never come back again ! Girls morning pedicures were a treat. I called 2 days in advance and they happily accommodated our request for an early morning pedicure appointment. Nothing but positive for this place. We were greeted promptly and cheerfully by the woman at the door and the gentleman who escorted us to our pedicure chairs. Both techs who took care of us were very pleasant, efficient and did an excellent job. Absolutely loved the pampering and the lavender scrub was even something I could smell with a mask on.... Not to overpowering but just right. I had chosen a nail polish that didn't look quite right as she started, so she asked me if I wanted to change. Glad she asked because the new color she found was exactly what I was trying for. I will definitely be back again. Everything is clean, clearly all high quality products and much attention to the details of cleanliness and comfort. It is also spacious enough that I felt like my friend and I could visit the whole time we were getting our pedicures without disturbing other clients in the salon. And the prices were right too. I've gone here for almost a year and will not be coming back. The last few times I have been here I have not gotten the person I made the appointment with and the girl I get is very aggressive and rude towards me. They always say they can't do what I want and the past few times my nails have not been good at all. Either too short or falling off that week and if I ask for them to fix it during the appointment they tell me they can't do that. Extremely disappointed and looking for a new nail salon. read more

The tech removed my old polish either a dremel and left my nails paper thin and they are just now getting strong enough to grow and begin to polish them again. So I came here for the first time, (first time ever getting my nails done in a salon) i had an appointment with a specific person, but the one Indian dude that works there told me that he would do my nails, I go to his station, he's on his phone the whole time talking, I asked for a specific design, he did it although it came out SUPER sloppy, my nails came out uneven, I had nail polish all over the sides of my nails, and he told me a that it was $35 only for me to end up paying $55 PLUS tax so $58, it was a waste of my money, I go in expecting to get what I'm paying for, only to get crappy, LUMPY, uneven nails! if you go here book TINA! I had an appointment Friday on 10/25 at 6PM for a gel fill that made in advance. Since I moved to Norwich I've been trying to find a nail salon for my wedding party in June. I arrived 15 minutes prior to ensure I found the location and to check in. Upon going inside I was. It greeted so I picked out a color and found a seat on a bench. I saw a young man come to the desk and he told me to sit elsewhere on the other side, I told him no I was okay and had a seat on the bench I chose. I asked the gentlemen after 5 minutes of sitting if I had to check in with someone and he asked me for the last four digits of my phone number. At 6:12PM the gentlemen Said it would be 5 minutes and I said ok. At 6:30PM I noticed the nail tech still working so I made the choice to leave. I told the gentlemen that it's getting late and my appointment was at 6PM, he said ok, and I said ok then I'm going home. I have never felt so disrespected and wasteful of my time. How can an establishment run with such little manners and respectful still be standing. I will travel back to my home town to give my business 2 hours away. I will make sure to never tell any family or friends about this salon. read more
