Worst nail salon, young guy was in his phone the entire time he was doing my nails. The owner is rude and has ZERO customer service skills. Gave me attitude because I asked her about pricing. Because the price she charged me for my services wasn't what the prices said online. Told her employee you don't have to explain nothing to her I already told her. I paid 127 for a short full set, and a pedicure. My 6 year old also got a manicure and pedicure and the result was shitty. Her GEL polish was all off by the end of the day. No she didn't pick it!! I went to get a pedi and nails. The man there that bleached his hair blond was hurting my finger bending and twisting them. I asked him to be gentle he threw his hands up in the air and angrily told me to come back later. I got up to leave and come back later, he locked me in the building. I was scared for my safety.. I went here despite reading the negative comments, thought I would give them a try. First, one of the lady's closed the shop (it's was 6pm, they are opened until 7pm) even though I called before coming down, she barely spoke English. The same lady did my feet, was not interactive with me, I was asking her if she had neon colors, she wouldn't respond even though it was only me and her in the shop. So I stuck to the white. For my full set, the guy who also spoke barely English said I need to take off my current ombré set and start over, so I did. I showed him 2 pictures of what I wanted. He said okay. In the end I had a soft baby pink full set. I explained that being in the Army it needs to look natural. Baby pink on a full nail is not natural. Even the customer next to me (she came in later) said my nails are pink. The owner said that they try to match the picture 80%. It's not about the picture, I wanted natural nails, no ones natural nail is baby pink. So he had to strip everything off. My nails were so damaged from the acetone and the drill. read more

This store is a mess I wouldn't even give it one star they have no sense of customer service. I went in June 2 the day before prom and they rushed my nails so bad and they were so thick and nothing I wanted and I went to WENNIE !! Then I called the following day I called the store and talked to Serena and she told me to come in and she'd fix it and I went in and she charged me $10 dollars because of WENNIE's mistake . Then I just let her do it and my nails and it was nice but only lasted me 1 wk and it was acrylic nails and gel polish, which usually last me 3 wks . So I went after and told her my issue with the nails cracking and breaking and she told me for her to fix it it would be 30 !! And a new set is 40 so she just robbing customers . I was a regular here for quite some time until a couple days ago. I got a matching pedi to go along with my gel manicure; same design and everything. I was so pleased how it turned out. I could t wait to show the world! This was Saturday afternoon. Sunday the gel just started coming off here and there without me doing anything out of the normal. It was late and I had things to do so I figured that it wasn't too too horrible and t could wait. So Monday they were closed. That was when they just started to pretty much fall off. Tuesday I went in and explained the situation. They said it could have been that they used a new gel polish. On top of that, jimmy didn't properly perform my pedicure which led that to messing up as well. So I decided to get another. Just a basic to clean them up and I decided to go with French because I knew for a fact that they would stay. So then I go the gel mani redid and put French as well. They wanted me to use the same polish and I of course said no because the same thing could happen. I waited to the end to see if they would charge me still, since clearly this wasn't anything that I did wrong and I am a regular. Probably one of the top spenders there by far. They still charged me. $96 for a $35 gel manicure and a $30 pedicure (which by the way he rushed through and it only lasted 15 minutes when it's supposed to be 30-40.) I payed them and afterwards I explained to them how I had planned to pay something anything... I actually have a $100 bill that I was going to give for them and for Anna's birthday that was the day before. I payed and then told them that I would never go back. And I won't. The owner texted me and tried to offer me free stuff.. To which I clearly declined. It wasn't about the money, it was about being taken advantage of. My thoughts? They do good work; but you have to make sure that they don't screw toy. Especially jimmy. He's terrible. So there you have it... dynasty nails got a 1 star from me and I never give out one stars. Just terrible. Old, cluttered and unorganized. My friend had to get her manicure in a pedicure chair. Twisting her back the whole time. They made us soak our hands in acetone for a half an hour. I had to get my whole manicure redone, because the woman did such a sloppy job- and I didn't even get a sorry. We were there for over two hours and the whole situation was a nightmare. I went there two weeks ago to get acrylics, coffin. The man who did my nails cut them way to short and I told his as much but he said he would charge me more to take the tips off and get new tips so I left it alone. Today my mom convinced me to go back because it's her favorite place for pedicures and three of my nails were broken anyway. I put my name down for a wait and the same man sat on his phone instead of helping. I assumed he was busy handling something but when three other girls came for a walk in, he offered to take one. When I so looked up and said I had been waiting, he said since I complained about him last time, he would take someone else. The girl even offered to wait but he refused. I was told it would be at least another twenty minutes until someone else was open (after I had already been waiting almost an hour) so I decided to just leave. I went here because my regular nail shop was closed. I REGRET IT! Awful customer service. Place is run downed and dirty. They rush everything! I had to tell her like 5 times about my shape because it was curved instead of square and later on I noticed my other nails were curved! When I picked out my color from the display it was the wrong color. It was just a hot mess i definitely do not recommend. And when I told her if she can fix the shape she started talking in her language clearly talking shit. I actually took the nail file and filed it my self. I will NEVER EVER set foot in this "spa" again. Two weeks ago I went into the salon to have a manicure with a powder dip polish. I called ahead to make sure there was somebody available that would be able to do it. I was assured yes come on over. So I did. The place is chaotic and that does not look neat. The man who did my nails promised that this polish will last 3-4 weeks. I had this done previously down south and I had a wonderful manicure for 3 1/2 weeks. When I went to Dynasty this polish is already coming up off my fingernails. So I called the salon to ask to see if I could have them fixed or redone. I was assured that this manicure would last at least three weeks and when I called to ask about it being re-done or fixed the person named Jimmy who answered the phone hung up on me so I called back and I asked for a supervisor and he said that was him. I said OK how about somebody you report to. I got hung up on again. So I will not ever go to the salon again and I can tell you that one bad customer review is so powerful. I think whoever Jimmy is along with the salon manager or owner should get on the same page and they should do the right thing when it's their fault that your manicure turns bad after 2 weeks. Now, even if they offered to fix my nails for free and give me free nails for the rest of my life I would never ever ever go back into the salon. Be very careful when you go in there. Watch what's going on. And watch how they use their utensils. They just lost my business and I will not hesitate to warn people I know when they ask for an opinion that they should definitely choose another salon. read more

WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! So disappointed, I have been coming to this place for years and this will be my last visit! Came for my appt for a pedicure at 12:15... put my feet in the water and no more than a minute later she was pulling my feet out to start working on them, I should have known right then she was going to rush through my pedicure....I had to ask her to cut down my nails and file them? Really!? she barely touched the side of my feet where calluses would form, massaged my legs for maybe a minute each and the hot towels were on my legs for maybe 10 seconds!!! My feet are not smooth at all just as rough as when I came in! UGH I asked for the special spa which states right next to it that it lasts 45 minutes, so when I was done within 25 minutes I was a little aggravated to say the least. I also asked for gel nail polish and she totally ignored me, the polish that she did do came out horrible, she did more coats on one foot so one is darker. WORST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE! Can't believe how rushed it was. I will not be paying for the special spa considering I could get the basic at any other place and get a better pedicure! You don't rush your scheduled appointments to get to walk ins.... if I am paying 35 dollars for my pedicure I expect to be taken care of! I could've given myself a better pedicure at home! As a birthday gift for my sister in law - I wanted to get mani/pedis to pamper a hard working mom. The girl who handled my sister in law was professional and it looked like a job well done. The guy who did mine, on the other hand, had no idea what he was doing. He rushed through my pedicure and hardly shaped my toe nails and didn't used anything on my cuticles. If that was the only issue I wouldn't be posting. But then I got a manicure and all he did was soak my nails, trim my cuticles, file and paint. No lotion, nothing on my cuticles and a crappy paint job at that. After filing he left my nails ragged and uneven. He coated so many layers of polish on my nails it looked like I had acrylics. After I complained about the job done - they had him come back and add yet another layer of polish and put some lotion on my hand. But neglected any of my actual complaints.
