I've been going to Classy Nails for about 3 or 4 years now. I've read about how "Mike is mean" "He…read moredoesn't allow you to make an appointment with a specific technician and that's not true. Mike may not smile a lot, but he doesn't not not allow you to pick a specific technician. There were times when I would call and he would tell me that they would not be available for the day I picked, but they were the next day. I've in customer service and you cannot please everyone. One thing I know is that Mike is an owner and he works hard. Could he smile more, yes, but I've seen him open up to me and a few other regulars. I've never loved getting my nails done more in a place where everyone sees you and smile, even though they're wearing mask, you can tell. Oh, and my technician also talks to me about everything in life and when I have a question about getting Mike and my technician talk to me about it. This is essentially vital if you're getting french tips, as they don't paint them on, they use french tip gel to last longer and look more "bright white". There are maybe a handful of technicians with this stellar skillset. I got a gift certificate to this place right after we were allowed to go outside again after the pandemic. Had just a basic gel manicure and a pedicure and fell in love. They give you really nice massages and the atmosphere is relaxing. Again, they strive to have you in and out without having you feel rushed - because let's be honest, everyone's time is valuable. The facility is very clean, and they are sure to ask you all the questions you'd expect; nail length, shape, size - right down to double checking your color. It's important to note that they book up really fast, and very rarely have time for walk-ins because of this. I have shorter gel nails & am pretty conservative in my color choices. She nails it (lol) every time, listens to her clients to understand their preferences. I like a natural (not fake, not thick, not long) look but she also does great nail art!
