The atmosphere was not of a soothing spa nature more of a salon experience. No air dryers and I question the sanitation for items that need to be sterilized. Over all I DO NOT SUGGEST! I was really impressed with the pedicure AND a huge plus was the price was AMAZING as well! I did go with one of the deluxe spa pedicures- I can't remember the name maybe a "jelly pedicure" but it had "little bubbles" in the tub- almost like "orbeez" if you're familiar with those! It felt so cool on my feet. I really liked it! They also pushed my cuticles back, trimmed, filed/buffed my toenails, & they also removed the skin from the bottoms of my feet. This pedicure included paraffin hot wax, possibly hot stones (can't remember), a massage, & it was in a massaging chair- it honestly was wonderful. The nail tech was super nice & friendly. It was a little extra for the gel pedicure but WORTH IT because it lasts 5x longer- then a regular pedicure and It does not chip! It looked beautiful. It was also a little extra for a French pedicure as well- which is fine because I prefer it. Overall I was very impressed with the way my pedicure came out and it's over a month later and it still looks AMAZING. I finally found a new nail place! I'll see you guys in a week or so!

The first nail place I started going to when I moved up here- is wonderful but a lot further away then this one. This nail salon is much closer to where I live and therefore a lot more convenient for me to go to- so I decided to walk in on a whim on Valentine's Day after work. They immediately asked me to pick a color & and took me right away for my pedicure. I decided on the middle pedicure- at $46 which included hot stones, a massage, and paraffin wax. I also got a gel French pedicure (which is what I always get) and for the gel and the French- the total was $62 which is definitely a lot cheaper then I normally pay for a pedicure! I left a $12 tip so $75 total for this pedi! I usually pay between $70-$95 for a pedicure with the same (massage, hot stones, paraffin wax). They had nice massage chairs, and the staff was nice although my tech had issues with understanding English- not that I cared. I think overall she did an amazing job on my feet, albeit it felt a tad bit rushed! The massage isn't as long as it's been at other places, the hot stones and paraffin also felt a little rushed. But overall it was really good experience/pedicure & my feet came out perfect! I love the way they look and I would definitely return here! I'm surprised more people don't come here! They do a great job and the prices are very competitive! I wanted to give 4 stars but I'm going to round up to a 4.5 star review for 5 stars!

I have been here numerous occasions and would go more frequently if I lived in CT; however I am in NYC but grew up in Tolland. Regardless, I am in my 20's my mom in her 50's and my granny in her 90's and all three of us love this place. The owner is Moon and she and her talented and friendly staff are wonderful! They are gentle yet firm with their mani/pedis and they took such amazing care of my 95 year old granny. They were so sweet and made her feel so pampered. They place is warm feeling and very clean, spotless even. No worries in that department. Everyone can get their own personal box with files and other tools to ensure a personal and "sterile" experience. Additionally I got a bikini wax (brazilian to be exact) and Moon and another lady worked with me and it was as a good wax should be. It took a little while, they did not rush to get me in and out of there in 10 minutes like other places I have been. They made sure I was always comfortable, making sure nothing was too hot and so forth. They even gave me a heated towel to put under my back to make me even more comfortable and were able to give me one of the best wax jobs I have ever had. (I do not have difficult areas so if you have thick, hard to work with areas I cannot speak directly to that, but I bet you'd be in good hands). For the first time I had almost zero ingrown after a wax as well. The prices were average and 100% worth it. The staff will get to learn your name and face and you will be so happy they did.
