I think she was trying to provide a good service, but still, she managed to burn me numerous times! She ran the water too hot several times and applied scalding towels a few times. I was disappointed with the level and quality of service here. I got the classic manicure and classic pedicure, both of which boasted a massage as part of what you are paying for. My manicurist "massaged" my feet and legs for maybe 30 seconds. When he did my gel manicure, he made a couple of my cuticles bleed and only did two coats. After I left, I could see his lines were terrible and I have gel polish over my cuticles. Again, he "'massaged" my hands for about 20 seconds and was not very friendly as I was paying. When I return to Indy Tuesday, I called to let them know the polish was chipping. I came in and the female tech at the first table did an entirely new manicure and fixed everything in half the time it took him. They have an actual sign in log?! ) and what maybe 7-10 minutes before my name is called. I've already selected my color and my technician walks me back to her station. She asks if I'll be adding other services more than once, but not be rude or pushy, and I politely decline. The whole service was around 20 mins and cost me $30 + I tipped $8 cash. I've lived near this place for years and never stopped in. It will be my go to from now on. It's clean, well managed, the regular clients and staff had a great report with each other. The lady who did my gel color change kept trying to get me to get a full gel manicure instead of a color change. I declined more than twice. She then proceeded to talk about me to the other workers. I'm unsure what was said because the only words that were in English were color change and gel manicure. They all laughed along with her. Lastly, my color change is horrible. The nail techs are pretty good as far as their skill in doing nails; however, some of them are unprofessional. Having personal conversations on their phones with friends, while doing a customer's nails is unprofessional. When a nail tech is doing nails you should be engaging your customers, not talking on your speaker phone with friends gossiping about people and what you hope to do on the weekend. Save that for when you're not doing a customers nails or when you get off. Other than that, I think it's a nice place. read more

Went there again yesterday around 4p. We waited for over 40mins for a fill. My nails were trimmed down and their uneven now, bubbles on the nail polish, and they fill was uneven. So, I made it in the next day to get it fixed and I requested that another nail be reinforced so that it wouldn't break.
