I got mediocre service but it was the only place I knew. The last time I went I got a pedicure and the lady used those foot scrappers. The scapper was clearly broken but she kept attempting to use it on me. Then it cut a big junk of skin out of my heel and I started to bleed everywhere. They did not have proper first aid supplies to bandage me up. And only God knows if and how they sterilized that tool afterwards. Also it was my birthday the next day and I had a part To make matters even worse, when I went to pay the lady knowing fully well what had happen tried to charge me full price. I said "but you cut my foot" she like oh okay $5 off. Honestly I should have gotten it for free but I was in a rush as my friend from Toronto just came in and waited for me. I will never go there again in my life. I understand accidents happen but I'm more pissed they attempted to charge me for it. Don't go there.

I love how she pays excellent attention to detail and ensures that her clients are fully satisfied. She is seriously the best and I highly recommend going to see her! Danny is also amazing and my Mom loved his care in doing her mani and pedi. He is also very precise and he's fun to talk to! The salon is very clean (super important to me) and welcoming. They have plenty of nail polish colours and options. They are very reasonably priced for these days and provide a high quality service. I used to live in Orleans and would go to them all the time. The salon is clean, bright, and organized nicely in a row. I love nail spots like this where you can sit next to your friend, rather than the ones where you can't sit together and you're at more spread out stations. I didn't need anything special. I was in a bind and needed my Shellac polish removed. In many other places this is something that can cost way more than it should, but I was so thankful to find that it was only $7.00 here. Perfect. Totally reasonable. It was a Saturday, and I was expecting to have to wait since I didn't have an appointment, but to my (very pleasant) surprise, they were able to see me right away. My visit was quick, cost effective, and efficient. I would go back again if I'm in the area, for sure!

I had shellac done on Monday, and by Thursday the colour had already come off. I went back on Saturday because, like many people, I work during the week. Instead of offering a solution, I was told I should have called earlier in the week to have them fixed. They refused to give me a refund or even offer to do my toes instead as a gesture of goodwill. Very disappointing customer service. If a business doesn't stand behind its own work, it's hard to recommend it. Please don't waste your money.
