Great new nail place. I had the standard pedicure ($28) but it was on par with many places' spa or deluxe pedicures. Included callus treatment, sugar scrub, leg massage. The lady working on my nails was very meticulous about trimming my cuticles, and not in a rush at all. It's new so not very busy; they take walk-ins. read more

Absolutely love this place. Kelly does such an amazing job, her attention to detail is great! The atmosphere is so relaxing they have spa music playing in the background which I love. I've been to every nail salon in the area trying to find someone good and Kelly is TOP notch. You won't be disappointed!! read more

I have a place I usually go to in Plymouth and really like it; however, I was in the area painting and needed to get my nails done so I decided to stop by since they had good reviews and were only a few doors down from painting with a twist. There was only one other person in there at the time and I still had to wait about 5 minutes. When they came over to me she soaked not only fingers but my arm in acetone to get the old dip polish off. I sat there for roughly 10 minutes and when they came off she still scraped and poked trying to get the old polish off. At one point I even made a face and said ouch. They did not file the nails down before doing the dip so the tips of the fingers are rough now. Overall, my nails look decent but I have had them done much better at my other place and much cheaper. They do a paragon wax at the end which is nice but that's about the only thing I enjoyed about the experience. read more

I love this place. The girl who opened it used to work at diva nails. Her dip powder manis are awesome and if you request it to be done fast - she's started & finished mine in about 45 minutes! Love her. read more

Just moved here from California and was looking for a nail place near my apartment. This new place popped up on yelp and didn't have a lot of reviews but the current ones looked great. Thought I would give it a try. The place is new and looks very clean and when I went in it was not busy! I had hard gel nails prior and wanted an acrylic fill (since I couldn't find a place with hard gel nails), but then I saw on the window they had dip. I've been hearing a lot of dip nails and how amazing it is and thought I would try it! The colors they had were very nice and a large variety was available. I didn't get his name but a guy worked on my nails and he was pretty good. He was very nice and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted taking his time to make them perfect. He also placed my hands in a wax like material to make my hands and cuticles extra moisturized. So far the dip nails are amazing and are going to be my new thing and are much cheaper than hard gel nails. I will be going back to this place to see if the consistency is great and potentially my new nail place! Would recommend to try out! Walk ins welcome! read more

I understand that during Covid businesses are doing their best to minimize the number of people in their building. I called as soon as they opened in the morning to reserve a spot for me and my friend to get a mani/pedi done so we could both have a least an hour of free time before we had to go to work. They confirmed that we were good to go! Awesome, right? When we got there they had us sit in the massage chairs while we waited but there were only three employees so we waited for awhile before someone was available to tend to us. I was done with my pedi and getting my nails done before my friend even started her service. The gentleman I had was pretty rough with my hands (I've worked in hard labor before and don't have delicate hands and this was rough by my standards) and my finger tips and toes were sensitive for the rest of the day. I spent two hours in the shop and even left before my friend. Paid and left a tip (time and energy spent should be rewarded) but I will not be going back. read more

Very nice people, but I was upset over the way my nails turned out. I got a polish change on my toes, & 4 days later the polish is chipping. Some of my toenails weren't filed down very well, & the painting looks messy/sloppy. I got dip polish on my fingernails, & within 3 days I had 2 nails that were cracked/chipped. The color/coat is not uniform throughout the nail & is very thin. In addition to this, the person doing my nails was very rough when filing. My nail beds still look/feel dry & they were tender for 1-2 days. Overall, my nails don't look horrendous but I won't be going back! read more

My sisters and mom and I scheduled a ladies day group pedicure for Black Friday. We received a confirmation call the Wednesday before, and they were ready for the six of us right as scheduled. Service was great and we are all happy with our pedicures. The place is very clean and organized. Prices are competitive. We paid $28 ea for basic pedicure. I would definitely recommend! read more

My shellac already started peeling/chipping after not even a week. When I was at the salon, the workers were rude and one of the men grabbed me by my wrist when he wanted me to move. Definitely not going back. read more

i called ahead for 2 pedicit's we get in it's one lady for 2 customers. they called in an older gentleman from the back who proceeded to cut me 3 times once with the file and 2 with the cuticle clippers. he burned me with the water then immediately turned it freezing. i also sat in water for 37 mins with nothing done to my feet. awful experience. spent 2 hours and they couldnt even fit in nails with pedi or polish. read more

It was just an okay experience, but unacceptable cleanliness. My nails are fine. The employees don't talk to anyone, so it's not super welcoming, but they're not rude. The pedicure was just okay. The manicure ends with them dipping your hands in wax and peeling it off. It left me feeling greasy, unfinished, and my arms smelled like wax. I think my biggest complaint is the cleanliness. They didn't wipe anything down, including the manicure station I was resting my arms and hands on. So I was laying my arms on someone else's nail dust and skin flecks. Just because of that, I won't be returning. I'd rather drive to Troy to go to my old nail salon. read more

Super good! I went to get a shellac manicure and the service was great, also the manicure itself was a 10/10. I also love the wax machine that they dip your hands in, super moisturizing. I would recommend this place! read more

I stopped in after calling first to see how long the wait was. I was told "not long", come on in. After at least 25 minutes of waiting my pedicure started. It was rushed! The gentleman never spoke to me, just pointed and tapped his directions. I figured out tapping on my leg meant put my foot in the foot bath, tapping on the foot bath meant lift my foot out. The hot wax had barely dried when he took it off, the leg foot massage lasted 60 seconds. He directed me to dry my feet for 10 minutes before I leave. I gently touched a toenail to test it after 15 minutes and it was completely wet and rubbed off. There was some oil still on the nails so the polish wouldn't dry. He came over and again, without talking, pointed at a chair. He removed the polish from one foot and quickly reapplied. I asked him to check the other foot and said "no, it's ok"!! He spoke!! Of course, the other foot was oily and also smudged but I wanted out of there after all this. I noticed the people coming in who had appointments waited and waited. When only 2 people are working they should only take walk ins if they have time between appointments. Terrible experience which is so sad as I was "treating myself". I will never return! read more

I went into this salon because my usual salon was booked solid.. coming in i only saw two girls in today... on a saturday?! it made me feel less confident in this place. i come in and right away i'm greeted and asked what i wanted to get done and i said "acrylic and toe polish exchange" then i was shown right to the pedicure chairs to get my toes done first and my pedicure styler was an older lady and her hands shook a LOT while doing my toes but after all they don't look bad! the only comment about her is that my toes aren't the same length!! then when she finishes i'm moved over to the manicure tables for the acrylic and i was greeted by another worker who said i'd have to wait like 2-3 minutes which turned out to be 5-7 minutes and she starts doing my nails and it starts off like any other acrylic i've gotten... file the nail and stick the add on.. well on. (sense i haven't said yet.. i wanted to get the black nail polish with the matte finish) she starts and almost puts the toe color on my hands so i had to restate the color i wanted and they nails turned out okay... my pinky got messed up and i asked her if she could fix it and she just grabbed the paint and put it on my nail without even fixing the problem.. the nails look good overall.. it's my fault for getting the regular nail polish for my hands but other then that i would go here again if it was my last resort read more

Visited their nail shop and the nail tech was incredibly unprofessional. She stopped multiples times while doing my nails to argue with her colleague (at times physically pulling him over to the nail station to do my nails instead). Additionally, while providing my shellac service, she missed large portions of my fingernail and forgot several times to turn on the LED light between coats. My experience at this business was quite unfortunate (especially after the shellac chipped after 1 week). It's not difficult to get service if you're a walk-in at this shop; however, I'm not sure the service and quality are worth the visit. read more

Nice, new, and clean! Kelly is awesome and she runs a tight ship! Love the shape of my nails and best massage on hands and feet! I almost don't want to give a great review...because it'll be harder to get an appointment! But when you find good service, it should be recognized! read more

I love this place, there's rarely a wait and Kelly always has my nails looking cute!!

I got a shellac manicure and pedicure on Friday and today (Sunday) the manicure is completely chipping off. I was assured by the technician that it would last a long time. I generously tipped and feel very disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon. read more
