I love this nail salon. All of the ladies are so nice and always ask questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. They smile, make you feel welcome, and do an amazing job every time. I always call ahead to make sure they can take me if I plan on walking in, but they also accept appointments, which is super convenient. I get both natural nails and fun designs, plus pedicures too. The space itself is open with a lot of airflow, which is great since nail salons can sometimes get a bit fumey. There is also a ton of natural light, which makes it feel even more inviting and clean. I go to Lena for pink/white French nails. She does an excellent job. Always accommodating. Everyone in the shop is friendly and smiling. I've taken my family there when they are in town visiting and we all have a good time. I think of Lena as a friend, as well as my manicurist. I was trying a new salon with my girlfriend today and we were so nice to the workers and owners of this business. They were very aggressive with our nails, hurt our nail beds, also it burned really bad and I said, and I quote, "we are very nice girls and we will get a refund if we don't like the way we're being treated here or if we don't like the way the nails turn out" and I understand their language, but I didn't have to tell them that because I already felt so so disrespected especially when this happens to me and my friends so much. Given that, it hurt my feelings much more to hear them say such mean things about me and my sweet friend. I was nothing but nice to them because that's the kind of person me and my friend are. I'm even on video:) I will never ever go here again, and I want a refund because my friend is still not happy with her nails and I do nails so I could've done mine better. They were also trying to make me pay more and more and I even left a tip just cause. I don't want to ever come back here, and I would never recommend this place to people because although they can be nice sometimes, it was not acceptable in any way shape or form the way they treated us. Extremely disappointed. I expected more from the nail salon based on previous reviews. They get a lot of business because they take on everyone that walks in and completely rush through everyone. The lack of consideration that some of us go in to relax and genuinely appreciate a good experience passes right through them. I would not come here if I were you. I showed them what I wanted and I walked out extremely disappointed. The shape I wanted was a rounded out with length and had to add a few tips and normally its with dip powder so it's not so thick on the nail- they use old school acrylic. I asked him to fix the shape probably about five times and it just wasn't happening. also- they advertise cash discount when in reality there isn't any discount. they charge roughly 4% fee if you use any credit card so they claim youll "get a discount " if you use cash. not the nail salon you want to go to. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but a simple and basic pedicure should't be that hard to do. Did people just simply get used to low standards and willing to pay money for a mediocre nail services? I was in and out of this salon in 15 minutes. I wanted a pedicure, I haven't had one in months so yes as a manicurist you need to spend time on clipping, cutting and polishing each nail and working on each toe. None of that was done. I was so stressed out by one of the nail techs literally yelling across the small space that I couldn't stand waiting to get my gel color on and decided to leave with bare nails. For just removing the gel I had on my hands and toes, cutting my nails and filing them, and a 30 second massage on hands and feet, they charged me $65. Ridiculous. Never coming here again. read more

I have waited a few days to right this reviews so I could try and be less upset about the current state of my nails, I can't say it helped much. Last Thursday (8 days ago) I stopped in for a dip mani and pedi while in San Diego. I'm the last 8 days, SIX of my Ten fingernails have cracked and torn or massively chipped at the tip about halfway down. I have worked SO has to keep my nails at the length and condition they were in when I arrived at Top Nails,now sadly it looks like I have to start all over. On top of that almost every toe nail is chipped. Paid for an extra massage, owner? Manager? pulled out her phone and was scrolling through using one hand for the massage, I should have known this was not the right place, the woman doing my dip was so rushed and visibly nervous while doing my dip mani.
