Came here as a VIP guest and had a customized schedule based on a questionnaire that I had filled out prior to my appointment. Andy and I were super excited to be pampered for the day. My schedule was as follows: -Acupuncture: My first treatment with Dr. Dwayne. He was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. I indicated that I was beginning to have knee pains and he immediately knew that I was a runner. It was interesting, to say the least. Following my treatment, I continued to have knee pain, and if fact, I want to say my knees have gotten worse. Not sure if this is a result of the treatment??? -Life Coach: With all do respect, I don't think I needed this session. I've been thru various workshops, courses and seminars regarding life coaching and I feel that I know how to manage my personal and professional lives all the while keeping and maintaining balance. -Massage: OMG, MY FAVE OF THE DAY!!! Toni was AMAZING!!!!!! Can't say enough!!! AWESOME deep tissue massage!!! -Snacks and Beverages: I indulged in some pomegranate mimosa, fruit, berries, scones/muffins, and cheese and crackers. She didn't let me know until I was there but she doesn't do traditional methods (fine should have been made aware prior) but what she uses is a little gun that hits and has caused me pain for the last three days. Place 360 is a fantastic spa! The atmosphere is so warm, cozy, and relaxing. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Tracy, and she was so kind and welcoming. I had a wonderful massage by Samantha and left feeling completely rejuvenated. I am 2 months postpartum and she made sure I was comfortable and customized the massage to focus on my achy back. I wish I would have thought to come here for a prenatal massage while I was still pregnant -- I will definitely keep this in mind as a baby shower gift for my friends when they are expecting! They have a great selection of items to shop as well, so I got a locally made candle and shower scrub so I could take the salon experience home with me :) I can't wait to come back! read more

Came here for a bachelorette party and they were very accommodating. I've had many massages prior, but I do have to say this place is probably one of the most relaxing places I've been to. The ambiance is very zen and casual, with a friendly vibe. The waiting area is cozy and inviting -- perfect for gabbing with your girlfriends (quietly of course) while waiting your turn. When finally getting your session, the rooms are very well sound proofed that you can't hear a peep from the outside. The massage beds are temperature controlled and the masseuse I had was one of the best I've ever had. (Kara I believe was her name.) She was very attentive to my needs and made me feel very comfortable, which is nice as no matter how many times I've had a massage, it's always kind of awkward. She did an incredible job! 5 stars coming from someone who would have never considered acupuncture, I'm a believer now! I've had the pleasure of being treated by Tracy 4 times now and my only regret is not taking care of myself sooner. I've been having shoulder pain for the last year. I'm assuming it's impingement and just after 3 treatments of acupuncture ( and one cupping treatment) my shoulder feels almost 100% better. I'm able to sleep better through the night being nearly pain free. Tracy's improved my quality of life in 3 short weeks. Just going into her office is an experience. It's beautiful and relaxing. I just leave a better person. Tracy also treated my TMJ on my last visit. And my jaw isn't locked anymore!!! I keep opening my jaw in amazement . It's been locked for almost 6 months due to Invisalign. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have experienced Tracy's healing hands! I will definitely be keeping up with wellness visits. If you've ever had a massage before, you know the pure bliss of the experience and PLACE360 does it well. The facility, though a bit hard to find, is wonderful -- decked out in calming decor and complete a relaxation lounge where you're brought to sit and unwind before the session starts. My masseuse (sorry - can't remember her name) was very good. She left me in a near coma and surprisingly didn't push too hard with the "you're so stressed," "you really need to get a massage every week" so common to spas. She seemed experienced and to really know what she was doing. My body felt AMAZING after the 60 minutes. I finished the day with a trip to their Swedish shower where I took my time steaming and rinsing down with the 10(?) shower heads. It was a beyond relaxing experience - def worth checking out if you're looking for a spa in the neighborhood. Ahhhhhhhh my body still feels like jello. Had a super relaxing yet deep tissue massage today by John. I've gotten massages by male therapists before and he was very professional. I didn't feel uncomfortable one bit. He took great care working out my kinks in my shoulders. You can tell by his technique he really knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him if you're looking for some real tension release. After my massage I had a facial with Janelle. She too was awesome! I loved the steam on my face, the mask and gentle extractions she performed. I would have liked more extractions but maybe it wasn't needed because she did say I have beautiful skin. The shoulder massage and scalp massage were great and for a facial it was really relaxing. I heard about this spa through a deal my friend spent me. I called ahead to make sure they had availability before purchasing the deal. They told me they would honor the price. Sweet! Didn't have to go through and third party...win win situation for the both of us. I also wanted to mention the girl at the front desk was so sweet. She offered me a beverage as soon as I walked in. Parking can be tricky on weekends. They do have a private lot right in front but only like 5-6 spaces. I had the park on the street. This is the only spa I've found in San Diego that offers the types of services I'm accustomed to in destination spas. The service offering is all-encompassing from nutrition counseling to basic facials and massages and everything in between. I had a massage and facial with Toni and it was the best I'd ever had. While her technique was incredible, it was the small details that really made me a fan: the amazing aromatherapy oils that were used, every towel was scented, the light music creating the most calming ambiance - you could tell that quality is considered every single step of the way and cutting corners to save on costs is not an option. From the person who made my appointment to the on-site staff and Toni - I felt like I was treated as an important person they truly cared about and there is absolutely no substitute for feeling like a valued customer. I sit at a computer all day, and I travel - so my body isn't in the best shape, but I was excited to come here since I scored a spa week deal for $50 massage/60 minutes. The decor and charm of this place is small - but cute and relaxing. It feels like a spa from the minute you walk in. My girlfriend and I had our own waiting room which was pretty neat. We got to chat, relax, and have some water/tea/snacks while we waited. When our therapists came to get us, I informed mine that I had quite a few knots in my shoulders/neck area and would've liked for him to focus on.. he started off on my lower back which took me by surprise, but maybe it was to help get me relaxed a bit. He eventually got to my problem areas and I could tell he was having a hard time. I was instructed to take deep breaths so he could apply more pressure in an effort to get the knots out, but it just wasn't working.. He used a heated pad on me twice which helped me relax a lot, but when I get massages I don't go for relaxation, I go so someone can get my knots out. Try to come early so you have enough time to drive around and find parking.. The parking lot is tiny here, so don't be surprised if you have to park on the street. read more

I recently came here for an event and was treated to a specialized schedule suited to fit what I had filled out previously and sent back to the owner. I came with my friend Maria and to be honest, we were hoping for a "couples"-like massage so we could chat and experience the day together but no worries... I was equally thrilled just to experience what they have to offer. After a tour of the place I started off in a relaxing but calm waiting room with snacks and beverages. Everything was delicious from the pomegranate mimosas to the blueberry scones and fruit salad. I stayed away from the goat cheese because of my lactose intolerance but i hear it was good. After my break, i was taken into see Dr. Loy about Chiropractic education. Now to be honest, I was hoping to get an adjustment just to see how his heeling powers worked but I learned some valuable info. Next up, my facial with Janelle in the "tree house." How to describe my experience with her... OH MY FREAKING GOSH it was amazing!!!! I've never had a facial and she was like a wealth of knowledge all about skin care. We chatted about everything from my concerns to stressors in my life. She appeared to really care and listen to what was going on with me. I appreciated everything she told me from skin care to some personal stuff. It was such a shame I had sucha short amount of time with her since we were all trying to keep on schedule. 5 STARS ALONE TO HER. And finally, I had an amazing group chat with Kim about nutrition. I appreciate her for answering all of my questions and concerns about my own health. She was so friendly and understood the challenges that I had in my life with regards to obtaining proper nutrition. Overall, it was an amazing experience but the reason as to why I gave this 4 stars was because this place was a bit hard to locate. We've must've driven around several times before we realized where it was. Parking can also be a major challenge since there aren't many choices. Place360 is a wonderful all around wellness spa that you should check out if you live in the north county coastal area. My husband and I have our monthly massage membership for the last year and a half here and every masseuse we have been to is great. We went to Julio for the longest time, and he was amazing, but as he's leaving for school and with our schedules, we now have the pleasure of working with Megan - she is awesome and should be your go to for deep tissue or whatever you like. Also, we have both been going to Dwayne for acupuncture for sports related injuries as well as for some guidance on herbs/fertility boosting and he is extremely knowledgable, intuitive, and professional. Went in for a facial and a massage about two weeks ago and let me tell you that I loved this place. The staff is super friendly and genuinely helpful. I used a groupon deal and was not treated any different than a regular customer, which sometimes can happen. I will definitely go back and pay regular price for the services. I was offered the membership but had to decline as it is pretty far from where I live to go once a month. I really liked how they were not pushy about me signing up for the membership. My review is a little overdue since our group spa day was back in March of this year. But we still remember how relaxing and fun it was for everyone! Once per quarter our office of 8 women gets to choose an outing. We decided on a spa day. It came down to La Costa and Place360. We chose Place360 because we were able to reserve an afternoon exclusively for our group and they customized the entire afternoon with a private mat Pilates class on the upstairs patio-which has an ocean view, we had mimosas, appetizers and lounged on the back patio garden in robes. Each of us had a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial and everyone raved about how great their treatments were. One of my co-workers was very pregnant so they created a special facial and massage combo treatment so she didn't have to move around much and could be comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Loved the little touches like sunscreen for the outdoor Pilates class and iced face towels after the class, spa water and fruit on the patio and a room where we could get cleaned up as a few of us were going to dinner afterward. We were at the spa from 3:00-6:30ish on a Friday and it was the best work outing we've planned by far. I hope we decide to go back next quarter! read more

My friends and I brought a voucher for $99 which included a 50min facial and 60min massage. We booked our appointment on a Saturday morning. After looking for street parking (which is not so bad on a Saturday morning), we found the spa (looks very tiny from the outside but huge inside). It was a very relaxing atmosphere. We signed in and were taken to a back room where we were offer hot tea. We waited about 5-10 mins before we were taken inside our own individual rooms for the facial. Facial- It was relaxing; however it was not the full 50min, given that you needed to spend some time changing into their comfy robe. The lady I had, believe it was Nicole, was really nice and friendly. The only thing was, she was very quiet and did not explain what she was doing or what she was applying onto my face. It would be nice to know what products she was using and its purpose. Massage- Julio was awesome and very friendly! It was a little uncomfortable since it was my first time getting a massage from a male therapist. But he made it very relaxing and comfortable. After the massage he also reminded me to drink lots of water to wash out all the toxins out of my body. Overall service was awesome! Would definitely come back. Don't forget to check-in on yelp! I went for several acupuncture sessions with Dwayne Lee and he was awesome! I was having an issue with persistent hip pain. Each time we had an acupuncture session I always felt so much better right afterwards. He's very knowledgeable and even recognized that this was a hip issue and not a lower back issue as I had previously thought. He gave me some exercises/stretches to do to help it as well. This review is long overdue. I don't know where my family or I would be without Place 360 and the awesome practitioners we have been fortunate enough to know. From the minute you walk in the door the staff is amazing, the decor is fantastic and I love relaxing in the back "zen room" with a green tea before my treatments. I was a new mom in 2011 when I first met Willow who continues to this day to help me and my son with homeopathic and Bach flower remedies for everything from hormones, stress, dry skin, fevers, my sons teething/developmental leaps, and pretty much anything else. Shortly after meeting Willow I introduced my husband to Dwayne for treatment with his high cholesterol. Within a year of herbal remedies my husbands cholesterol is back in normal range and he's off the statin medications. We are super thrilled and amazed. In January of 2013 I suffered a miscarriage of our 2nd child which triggered chaos in my body. Slight anemia, extremely heavy periods, mood swings and I couldn't get out of bed. An ultrasound confirmed a uterine polyp. So I started treatment with both Dwayne and Willow using herbs, homeopathic remedies and Acupuncture to treat / ease the symptoms and let me function normally while taking care of a toddler. A month into these treatments I started layering on full body massages with Carrie. Oh. My. God. The best massage I've ever had in my life. She listens to how my body responds, adjusts and gets the knots out without leaving me feeling sore. Absolutely amazing. We are now 2.5 months into that treatment protocol and I feel like my old self again. More energy, my periods are regulated and I'm not having crazy mood swings. This review is long overdue. Tracy is a true healer and has just the sweetest spirit as well. I suffer from terrible migraines and have tried everything from traditional medicine to chiropractic to herbal remedies. The only thing that works consistently is acupuncture by Tracy at Place 360. I come in with a migraine that I haven't been able to shake for 2 days, and leave without it. This has been the case the last 3 times. I had the same experience when I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. It bothered me for 2 weeks before I went in for a session with Tracy and the pain was completely gone after. Her massages are great too and memberships at the spa are very affordable. I had my eyebrows done with Tina utizing a Groupon coupon. I had them done on 9/2/15. I didn't scrutinize them when she finished because I know I will freak out. In a week they were already looking great! I seem to have a low tolerance to pain, but she was very patient with me! Right after I have my eyebrows done, I call clown make-up because the eyebrows seem overdone. I have learned to just wait a week or two and know they will be looking great. I did pick at a scab, which Tina tells you NOT to do verbally and in writing. Because of my picking I will go back within 6 months for a touch up at same Groupon price. I went to 360 Health and Spa for a massage and had a truly amazing experience. As soon as you enter you feel a sense of tranquility. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. My massage therapist, Julio, was remarkable. It was obvious that he listened to me when I described areas of pain and tension. He spent time working on those areas with increased tenderness and care.
