She takes much pride in the care and the treatments that she provides. This particular location is a very spacious room that used to be a dance studio. She utilizes many calming features to its atmosphere. Things like lighting ambience and soothing music & a warming feature to her table. During and since pandemic I put off many self care visits and I'm so glad I took this day to treat myself. Today we focused on a hydration style facial. Amazing! I called and she asked me to pay an additional $100 (and that that was "a generous discount") since "that service is no longer provided." I pushed back and said no, because I booked this service using all my class pass credits, she replied, "that's class pass's problem." When I requested proof of her trying to charge me or change my service so that I can show class pass in order to not be charged a cancellation fee, she said no and hung up on me. Let me start by saying..i found Milana's work fine...but she quoted me $85 for Brazilian lip and brow. The night before the appointment i remembered recent laser I'd done and she canceled the lip and we switched the brows to tweeze only. All good. I assumed it'd then be even less...considering we canceled the lip. I go in...we spend the 45 mins doing it all...and at THE END...AFTER THE SERVICE...she says...instead of $50 for Brazilian I'm charging $65. And since i had to tweeze it's $35 not $25. So now it's $100. Ethical business practices would have dictated giving me a heads up BEFORE and not sideswiping me after..so i didn't have a choice. I'll never return for this reason. My services should have been what was quoted NO DOUBT or discussed before proceeding. .....As to your comment - I'll clarify by saying that your response is FALSE. I never said I wanted a partial Brazilian as you state. I merely said that I'd had laser hair removal and therefore had significantly less to wax. This was true. Your response was, "If you're paying for a Brazilian - I remove everything". I think instead - you did a bait and switch because I had the yelp deal...and made up the money by just charging more. You made it clear that your regular clients receive the service for $50. In the future - you need to quote people the price and STICK WITH IT. Not change it in order to made up the money. I had 2 services - and even with the Yelp deal - I paid $95 in total. It's truly just ethical business practices - and frankly - you don't have them. When a cosmetician quotes a price - they stick with it. If you'd remained true to your word - then my total services would have been $75.00. With the Yelp deal - they would have been $55. Completely. After all was said and done - I spent $95 on a Brazilian and minimal touch up on my brows.... Without the Yelp - I would have paid $115 for a Brazilian and brow (not including tip). That's outrageous. Please don't falsify your reply...and indicate I meant for half a Brazilian.... that's simply a lie. Regardless - you could have told me in the room BEFORE the services - that you'd up'd your prices $25 - and asked if I'd like to continue. Not to mention - you couldn't even arrive on time. I just hope you can take this - and change your practices. read more

I brought my 15 year old son to Milana for a "teen" facial to help with his acne. He has been under the care of a a dermatologist who had prescribed an oral antibiotic as well as topical creams. Although the dermatologist's regime has helped my son's skin, he had numerous clogged pores, and his skin was not looking too great. A week after the facial, my son's skin looks fantastic!! Milana's facial completely unclogged all of his pores and she was able to clear up a couple of zits that had been lingering. His skin is completely clear and looks like it looked before puberty began!
