They sent me clear instructions on where to park and how to find their office, which made it very easy to find. I have not had Laser Hair Removal in 10 years and the process has drastically improved since then. It is completely painless and significantly faster. She checked, came back, and said, "Okay...I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I asked if the provider could fit me in and she replied, "Oh no, she won't." At that point, I just can't. The issue wasn't the scheduling mistake as things happen ...it was the complete lack of care in how it was handled. No alternative options, no apology beyond a flat "sorry," and no incentive offered to return Anne's make up for the huge inconvenience. Silver lining: I called SkinSpirit down the street and they were AMAZING -- warm, helpful, and got me in last minute. I officially found my new med spa!

I had a new nail tech, and the process was uncomfortable. The drill repeatedly burned my finger and nail, and even after I mentioned it, it continued. When she said she was done, there was still quite a bit of acrylic left on my nails. When I pointed it out, she seemed frustrated and roughly filed my nails, then said she was finished. My nails were left dusty and unfinished, and I was also charged $5 more than I'm usually charged for the same service. I'll likely still come back because my past experiences have been positive, but I hope consistency in service improves. Just want others to be aware that experiences may vary.
