The backsplash in the kitchen was still dirty and mirrors weren't clean. Even found a piece of hair in the freezer compartment. When I asked the owner who was one of the cleaners, her disrespectful response is attached. Would not recommend. Too much chatting, too little cleaning, discovery of broken items after for deep cleaning charge of $150. Gave tip as force of habit but definitely not deserving.

She can't wrap her mind around the fact that people live with physical disabilities that she has not had yet and subjects them to humiliation last minute intentionally. PREVIOUS POST (before they no-showed a second time and failed to issue the refund they promised) I've used this service 3 times now. They do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
