Plus I got to decrease my landscaping of plants, to save on watering them. Moreover, cleanup is a snap now with just blow vac the areas. Moreover just added potted plants to enhance outlook. Of course stoneware being their speciality, they brought sample stoneware to let me see different shade tones color to pick. Moreover, as added benefit, they also installed my backyard plant watering system. All individual plants has plastic tubing, watering each plant of whole backyard landscape! And enhanced with auto watering. Plants divided into 3 groups get watered same day time but at different times. They set up timer. Mine is twice a week watering 3 to 4 days spaced out. No more self watering them. All work done is gonna save me time! So value wise I'm saving time more inside house than outside. Summer exception I always plant vegetables in summer. We are thinking about to use garage area as multifunction family room. The garage is old with bad layout and is in very poor condition: unfinished ceiling , pipes everywhere and half finished drywall hanging overhead. And it is super hot during summer and freezing during winter. Interviewed with several companies and Shahar from Top Home Builders is the only company impressed me. He is always listening and extremely cooperative. We have a brainstorm together and put all the options on the table during discussion. I hired Top Home Builders to do a complicated renovation project which involved a kitchen remodel, whole-house flooring replacement, fireplace demo/resurface, and water damage repair to a corner of the house. This was all to be done with my family residing in the home. While it added a layer of complication to the process and additional effort on our part (which we anticipated), they were willing to make it work. The contract was reasonable in comparison to the others that gave me bids, and I could tell before making the decision that these guys were pros. The company is run by a group of young, energetic, and trustworthy professionals who are very responsive and friendly to work with. This is a full service general contractor. However, like with any project, you must still do your part (researching/buying appliances, choosing color schemes, layout, purchasing the finishings, etc.) to make sure your project runs as smoothly as possible.
