Best car wash in Fallon. They also have coin operated all in one place. Great people and service - very accomodating read more

Thought I would get my car washed INSIDE AND OUT. Unfortunately not at TOP GUN. They ask that you make an appointment if you want the inside of your car done?! I've never heard of this and I've been going here for years. Oh well. read more

I did not make an appointment, and showed up on a rainy day, and was told by the owner that they had let their guys go home, perfectly reasonable! The owner was so nice, apologetic, really enjoyed our short visit. I showed up the next day with no appointment, they got my very dirty vehicle detailed, and the price was WAY within Reason! I highly recommend! The next time I'm in Fallon, I'm taking all of my vehicles there! read more

Easily not the best wash for a car, but their vacuums are legit! The wash may not be worth it, but the vacuums definitely are. read more

I have been taking my car here for years. Everyone is always very nice and they do a great job. I drove up one day as they were closing and I politely started backing up to leave. The owner came up to my car and said 'please come on in, we will help you since you are here' I was very impressed with the customer service and it is one of the reasons I am loyal to them. read more

I had the worse experience ever. I took my van to talk about detailing our van. I was having what I thought was a pleasant conversation with a woman in the office who was listening to a pro gun pod cast. Then we were suddenly thrown off the lot because my views on gun control were apparently wrong which resulted in a denial of service. I was beyond shocked. The gal starts yelling at me. If they are going to refuse service to people who may have differing points of view then they should post that. I was so embarrassed and then mad to be so humiliated!! I was having a conversation not an angry outburst. I am an elder disabled woman who just needs her van cleaned. Sadly I was a victim of verbal abuse instead. I would give zero stars if possible!! read more

really bad! This is what I pay for. The car is still dirty after the service. Also I don't wanna write long reviews, done push me to write long reviews, yelp! Is this long enough?! read more

Top Gun Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Fallon, Nevada

So I did the drive through option, had a decent chunk of dirt and stains on my pick up. Did the ultimate car wash feature. My truck was still really dirty. Instead of getting a refund, they told me to go through the wash again. Like a dummy I did....Still wasn't clean. Enjoy my $16 I guess. read more

This is an update to my original 5 star review. What I have found is if the guy manager-owner (not sure title) is there, this is a 5 star business. Because of the women (curly grey hair), I will never be returning and recommending others don't either. I had my Toyota sequoia in for their wash/detail service last week. It was about $30 and they did such a good job, I left a big tip and was excited to bring my other cars in. My wife's car, a newer Subaru wagon was brought in today. It wasn't very dirty but we wanted it to look good for the weekend. This woman working said it was really dirty and she charged us an extra $5. I assumed she was referring to the bugs on the front since we just got back from driving to Sacramento. We paid the extra price, drove it through and left it with the guys to finish. Told them no hurry, went to Walmart. An hour later we came back and the car was parked to the side. I walked over to it to see they hadn't cleaned the windows, bugs still on the front and waterspots on everything black and chrome. I thought maybe they weren't done yet. I found this woman and asked her, her response was your car was filthy when you brought it in. While I disagree, I responded "isn't that why I had to pay an extra $5 ?". She said that the $5 was for all the dog hair inside, not the outside. There hasn't been a dog in my car. This woman is delusional. I don't know if she is an owner or employee but she is the reason for all the bad reviews. Anyway the interior looked just as bad as the rest of the car. I'm out $35 and going home to re-wash, re-vacuum, and re-do everything that I just paid for. Note to owners. If this woman is an employee, she should be fired immediately. She will ruin a potentially good business. If you are the owner, maybe rethink your ethics. Stealing money for poor quality work will catch up with you sooner or later. read more

I waited 50 MINUTES for my car to be done. My boyfriend had his entire surgery completed before this car wash was done! I went outside and asked how much longer and the one lady there (who was extremely rude) said 10 more minutes. I had come in before the rush and saw at least 20 cars who were behind me all gone. Will not come back, especially because of the rude lady. read more

The gentleman that helped me out was very upfront with the dangers of going through the car wash with my Thule box. I had them clean the interior. I warned him about all the pet hair. He replied "Not a problem" The end result was amazing! I would recommend Top Gun Car Wash & will return next time I'm in the area. I didn't give 5 stars because the waiting area could DEFINITELY use a face lift, it was very clean, but with only a vending machine (almost empty) & a strong smell of cleaning chemicals.. my personal opinion, it didn't qualify for a perfect 5 stars. read more

What a joke. I took it there to get the full service wash. When I pulled around the front I noticed that my new front personalized plate was bent. I showed one of the gentleman cleaning the interior. He just said "Oh well". What a rude response. He didn't care. So, I emailed them on the website explaining the situation. The moron responded by saying, "Bring you car and we will bend the plate back. Anyone knows when metal bends to a point of creasing. It cant be fixed. Personalized plates cost extra every year. That's why I'm upset with the situation. There customer service is nonexistent. Being that there the only full service wash in town. I assume they know there going to continue getting business anyway. read more

Don't go here if you have a dirty car. Apparently they don't like to wash "really" dirty cars. Really? Yes I had a dirty car! That's why I was bringing it to the car wash, after driving back to Fallon from out of state. In fact I brought in two cars that afternoon, but when I brought one back because of residual dirt on it, I was scolded by the owner for doing so. She reluctantly allowed my car to go through a second time. And when I asked if she was mad at me for doing what her son (who runs conveyor belt) had told me to do (bring it back) when I voiced my concerns, she said, "you better get in there lady!" Wow that's some real customer service!! read more

Good job, very nice especially since I'm new in town. I feel you have to be a really unhappy person to point out the negative.

EVERYTIME I use this car wash, I think maybe, just maybe.. they'll have all the products they offer in order to wash my vehicle. They never do. Even tried the "drive through wash" and this service was just as disappointing. Save yourself the $8 and wash you car in your drive way. It'll look MUCH better read more

I love having my car washed here! Friendly service and my car looks amazing! They even took a sticker off my window I no longer needed.

Update 2018 I recently went over to have my wife's crossover vehicle washed (I was going to get the top-of-the-line wash) The owner who my dad is good friends with came out and told me that I can put my car to the wash and that I had to go use the self wash. When I asked why she told me that my car was too muddy. Well my wife's car did have mud on it it was not caked on the vehicle and clearly isn't capable going off road. Not wanting to argue with her are used the self wash and had to keep my one-year-old in the backseat of the vehicle while washing. The self wash was out of soak and because my child was already cranky I couldn't raise my concern with her. So I did the logical thing and left her a voicemail but it has been over a month now and I have not gotten a response. Very disappointed especially Since I've given her a lot of business in the past. Maybe it's time to find a new car wash read more

Used to think they were great for 2 years brought my vehicles there. Then complained about the last time that my car wasn't cleaned as usual and all hell broke lose. The employee and then the manager were so rude. I got my money back and will never go there again. Poor customer service skills. read more

I've been going to Top Gun car wash for a while and in general have been pleased. Today I took my 98 Pontiac for a simple wash. Towards the end of the wash, going through the blowers, my left mirror glass gets blown off by the blower. I go to the office, no one there. I go to where the cars are going in and I tell the fellow what happened. He goes to the eother end and comes back with a piece of the mirror. So I asked if they are liable for the damage and he says "well, we wash lots of cars every day and none of them lose their mirrer. If the glue doesn't hold, it's not our fault". So basically, bug off. Well, I guess I'll start going to another car wash. Customer dis-service. read more

I have used Top Gun very frequently up until a few months ago. The last two times we went we did the package where they clean inside and outside of the car. Both times there was still visible dirt, crumbs, etc on the inside of the car and the outside still had mud spots. We decided to give it one more try this last weekend and it was just as bad as the previous two times. Not sure if because they are getting busier they are trying to cram as many cars in as possible and thus giving sub par service and rushing through each one. We wont be back. read more

Very clean facility, nice prices. My only complaint is that the touch free was left wax/soap boogers all of the car and I had to manually rewash it in one of the bays. read more
