really bad! This is what I pay for. The car is still dirty after the service. Also I don't wanna write long reviews, done push me to write long reviews, yelp! Is this long enough?!

So I did the drive through option, had a decent chunk of dirt and stains on my pick up. Did the ultimate car wash feature. My truck was still really dirty. Instead of getting a refund, they told me to go through the wash again. Like a dummy I did....Still wasn't clean. Enjoy my $16 I guess.

They said they vacuumed, looks like they just shook off the floor mats.

This is an update to my original 5 star review. What I have found is if the guy manager-owner (not sure title) is there, this is a 5 star business. Because of the women (curly grey hair), I will never be returning and recommending others don't either. I had my Toyota sequoia in for their wash/detail service last week. It was about $30 and they did such a good job, I left a big tip and was excited to bring my other cars in. My wife's car, a newer Subaru wagon was brought in today. It wasn't very dirty but we wanted it to look good for the weekend. This woman working said it was really dirty and she charged us an extra $5. I assumed she was referring to the bugs on the front since we just got back from driving to Sacramento. We paid the extra price, drove it through and left it with the guys to finish. Told them no hurry, went to Walmart. An hour later we came back and the car was parked to the side. I walked over to it to see they hadn't cleaned the windows, bugs still on the front and waterspots on everything black and chrome. I thought maybe they weren't done yet. I found this woman and asked her, her response was your car was filthy when you brought it in. While I disagree, I responded "isn't that why I had to pay an extra $5 ?". She said that the $5 was for all the dog hair inside, not the outside. There hasn't been a dog in my car. This woman is delusional. I don't know if she is an owner or employee but she is the reason for all the bad reviews. Anyway the interior looked just as bad as the rest of the car. I'm out $35 and going home to re-wash, re-vacuum, and re-do everything that I just paid for. Note to owners. If this woman is an employee, she should be fired immediately. She will ruin a potentially good business. If you are the owner, maybe rethink your ethics. Stealing money for poor quality work will catch up with you sooner or later.

Good job, very nice especially since I'm new in town. I feel you have to be a really unhappy person to point out the negative.

I love having my car washed here! Friendly service and my car looks amazing! They even took a sticker off my window I no longer needed.

Really quick, responsive sales team, and an easy online process. They would have been fine to do this in-person, but they had the capacity to expedite this online. Highly recommend!

The terrible immoral car professionals that you thought only existed in late night cartoons?…read moreThey're real and they own and operate Fallon Ford. If I could leave a rating with negative two stars, I would. I brought my car here in July of 2023 to get serviced for a recall on the power steering. I needed to get these repairs done before driving back to Oregon for school at the end of August. I made an appointment for two weeks from the day (better than the two months I would have had to wait for it to be fixed in Reno or Carson) and was told "we'll get you taken care of." I am not strong enough to drive without power steering, so my fiancé drove us out to Fallon (over an hour without power steering, which was scary and difficult) Appointment day comes, yes, the power steering is out, but you'll have to wait another month for a fix because they have to order the part. Previously I had been assured it would be fixed that day. So at this point it is unsafe to drive my car for almost a month. We drive again out to Fallon for a 9 AM appointment. They told us it would be about 4 hours to wait and we were encouraged to leave and come back. We left and killed time in a local park and got lunch. 3.5 hours later, we called to get an update to see if 4 hours was still an accurate estimate, and couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, despite calling multiple times and different departments. So we walked back, only to be told it'll probably be another 45 minutes or so, because they actually hadn't started on the car yet because of a miscommunication between the office and the mechanic. The guy we were talking to said "look I'm not going to make excuses, we didn't start it because usually we prioritize the people who are waiting around instead of leaving and coming back." Which was, in itself, an excuse. If you're not going to prioritize the car of the people who had a morning appointment, don't give people a timeline. They knew we weren't local and had driven together. It wasn't like I was just going home to wait, we weren't local and were just biding time eating lunch in the Safeway deli and sitting in the park. It ended up being an additional two hours waiting in the dealership for the car to be done, bringing the total to two appointments and the second appointment being an almost 7 hour wait, plus driving time to and from Reno, with excuses made left and right. I didn't make a fuss or anything but felt very disrespected and frustrated. They give us two carwash tokens "for the trouble and misunderstanding." We take them to the carwash, they aren't valid and we can't use them. To top it off, I received a voicemail (Which I saved and still have) a few weeks later, the week I was getting ready to move telling me that they had forgotten to take a picture of a part they had used, and would I be willing to drive back out to Fallon for them to get a picture? Sorry, but my previous experience doesn't exactly entice me to drive an hour and a half both ways to wait around for three hours for you guys to take a picture, and spend that money on the gas while prepping for a move. I understand that I was getting recall repairs done and you weren't making money from my services, so maybe there wasn't the need or the drive to go above and beyond to try and make up for the inconvenience of waiting almost a full workday for a repair that was supposed to take a handful of hours. It is now three years later: power steering is out again. We have since relocated: our local ford dealer tells us that the person who fixed it previously used an aftermarket part, and the entire unit now needs to be replaced. Since an aftermarket part was used, it does not qualify to be fixed under the recall, and we have to pay $4400 for an entirely new power steering unit. So they managed to screw us again three years later.
