Despite their busy schedule they accepted the tow in, and told me they'd get back to me by the end of the week (it was a Tuesday). By Wednesday, I was driving out of the lot with no fee. The battery had died and they recharged it and gave me a call right away, and assured me they checked other systems to be sure there were no errors. Car is running great, and I can't thank the folks here enough! Definitely my first call for any car trouble in the area. I saw the great reviews here, so brought it in to see what could be done because it seemed obvious that something was just misaligned. Tech came out to inspect my car and was telling me I definitely needed new hinges! I might need a new door! This is going to run a lot of money! That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street. Where a tech took a look at the door, determined that the A-pillar on the car door hinge had just gotten bumped out of place, bumped it back into place which fixed the problem, and within 15 seconds sent me on my way. Didn't even charge me because it was such a minor "repair" if you can even call it that. Royal might be good at what they do, I don't know.
