When I had a rebuilt alternator fail about a year after replaced- they replaced it with no charge for the unit (just labor). I've also had brake work and other repairs done there with excellent outcomes. Buddy, you will be waiting FOREVER for them to even get to your vehicle. And then it'll take FOREVER to actually do the service. And then a sullen mechanic who doesn't enjoy people-ing and I'll toss some papers and some keys on the counter without a word. It's fine that a mechanic doesn't particularly want to talk to customers. I get it. Other staff are ostensibly present to handle these human vs shop interactions, but usually they're not. And when they are there, what you'll get is a big helping of "tough luck" or a story about work you need done on your car and scoffing indifference if you refuse. They've repeatedly been unable to help me in a timely manner, and I am not alone. I don't know why these folks don't care... in general... they just seem ornery and apathetic. So. Avoid this place. Unless they undergo a massive transformation. Until then, this place will just make your soul tired.
