Buddy, you will be waiting FOREVER for them to even get to your vehicle. And then it'll take FOREVER to actually do the service. And then a sullen mechanic who doesn't enjoy people-ing and I'll toss some papers and some keys on the counter without a word. It's fine that a mechanic doesn't particularly want to talk to customers. I get it. Other staff are ostensibly present to handle these human vs shop interactions, but usually they're not. And when they are there, what you'll get is a big helping of "tough luck" or a story about work you need done on your car and scoffing indifference if you refuse. They've repeatedly been unable to help me in a timely manner, and I am not alone. I don't know why these folks don't care... in general... they just seem ornery and apathetic. So. Avoid this place.
