We were towed by Layman's after blowing a tire on the side of the road and calling AAA. The driver pushed us to drop our keys off and go before we could stop and make an educated decision. We then had Layman's tow us to another mechanic and the driver dropped my car off almost hitting the only other car in the lot after coming an over an hour later than we were promised. As a young woman I felt like I was taken advantage of and not respected by the driver or company.
