Top Dog Pet Store - Pet Stores Near Me - La Mirada, California

I had an awesome experience at Top Dog Pet Store and had to share! I went in to pick up some things for my Cane Corso, Lucky, and the staff went above and beyond. They took the time to help me find exactly what he needed -- from food to treats that are actually good for him. What I really appreciated was how knowledgeable and honest they were. No pressure, no upselling... just real advice from people who clearly care about pets. Lucky can be picky, but everything I bought ended up being a hit! The store is super clean, well organized, and has a great selection. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I'll definitely be coming back regularly for Lucky's supplies. If you want a pet store that treats your fur baby like family, Top Dog is the spot. Highly recommend! read more

Our pug was not a fan of the dog food sold at the larger pet chain stores, so we opted to give this store a try one day and have since become regular shoppers at this pet store. Our dog loves the dog food from this store, he eats it every time without any trouble. The customer service is great as well, the owner always greets us as soon as we enter the store. Customers are satisfied when the shopping experience meets their expectations, and vice versa. For example, the hygiene and cleanliness of pet stores, as well as fresh homemade snacks provided by pet shops, will give consumers a positive impression; however, when consumers discover that the pet shop does not have the goods they desire or that the sales staff ignores them, they will be dissatisfied with this consumption experience. A great shopping experience includes everything from the moment customers enter the store until they leave. Customers will be satisfied with their shopping experience if they select the right product, receive quality service, receive goods on time, and receive positive feedback when they encounter problems. This is the bare minimum that must be met in order to achieve customer satisfaction. I can truly say that Top Dog pet store in La Mirada is amazing! Providing extraordinary customer service and product knowledge. Laura and Anthony have stocked their locally owned and independent shop with a large variety of healthy pet foods and unique treats. Even more impressive is their selection of high-quality accessories and equipment like harnesses, collars , leashes, training tools , crates, etc.. all well designed and built to last. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they have lots of great advice about quality pet food and treats Thank you for all you do for us, our pets read more

I visited this pet store on March 11th for my puppy's final shot. We have previously gotten his shots here before & assumed the "vet" would know what shots to give the puppy. To our surprise the "owner" didn't even mention to us what shot our puppy was due for & just gave him the shot over the counter without it being in a private sanitary place. Days later we called the shop to ask when his rabies vaccine expires & what does he tell us? Turns out he was given the incorrect vaccine the day of our visit & we were never informed about the mistake. Also, he was never given a rabies vaccine!!!!!!!!! We basically got ripped off from the money we spent in the first place for the incorrect vaccine. Now realizing it, the "owner" had an extra person who was assisting with the shots (most likely wasn't even certified) who had given him the incorrect vaccine & dosage to the actual owner. This has already happened twice. The same guy who was assisting the owner wasn't even aware the previous time of how much to give our puppy, he kept asking us as if we're the ones who are certified?? Overall very upset with the service provided by this shop. Unsanitary & unprofessional. read more

You can tell they know what they are taking about. . Very Insightful people here. Price to the merchandise they sell is reasonable. Store is super clean and layout to the store is amazing.
