Needed to find a self wash station and Murk Doggy was awesome! First off, I love supporting local family small businesses. There were four stations in the main room and it was well air conditioned which I appreciated in today's 106 degree weather. I went in the middle of the week in the late afternoon and it was empty, which is nice for my anxious pup. Each station was immaculate! They each had a foam mat so the doggies don't slip, the towels were not tattered and worn thin like some places, the water pressure and temperature was spot on, quiet but strong dryers right next to each station, and best of all....ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT stations. Saved my back and easy for the pups to get in when lowered. I met the owners and they were super friendly. After the bath, they offered my dog a treat and while she was being shy and anxious, she did eventually eat it. I appreciate that special care and touch they establish with their customers. They also have a frequently flyer deal for baths which is nice for those that plan to come regularly. I'll have to go back on a non-bath day and check out the other stuff in the store. They seem to have a pretty good selection of toys, treats, and food. read more

My favorite store! Great customer service, clean store, and I always appreciate their variety of chews and treats. Also, love that it's a family run business. I think I've met most of the family at this point. Shoutout to Greg and Pierre for always being so kind! read more

My dogs will not be separated, not on a walk, not for a nap, not for a class, not for a Vet appointment not even for a bath! This place is perfect, my pups get anxiety when separated, here they can bathe right next to each other without losing sight of one another. I have tried at other groomers but my Frankie freaks out. This has been my savior, my pups stay put, get washed and vamonos! All done! Everything you need is here soap, shampoo, perfume, brushes, dryer, and towels. Customer service is also always great! I love when my babies come here and get all fluffed up!! Thank you!! Remember to adopt don't shop! read more

Great customer service. I wasn't here for pet supplies but they do carry large variety of pet food and some great snack options for our 4 legged friend. We came here for the wash station. There are 4 wash stations and it's first come first serve. Although we came on a weekend, they weren't too busy. We were able to get right in and get started. For a little over $20 They provide the station with warm water, shampoo, a brush, two towels and ear cleaning solution. They have a blow dryer there for your use as well, if needed. The wash station does go up and down to help get it to your desired height. Overall great experience! I recommend it for various reasons. read more

Love this place! So much parking so much things! So much variety! I buy everything here now instead of on Amazon because I love that my money goes back to the community read more

Came here on a random weekday to checkout the self wash area that was recommended by a friend. The store itself had a few customers but the back was empty so in we went. The owner helped show us around and made sure we knew how to operate the up/down feature on the tubs. They supplied soap, towels, a blow dryer and even ear wash. I loved that the tubs went up and down, not having to bend over made washing our pups so much easier! They also had a wet brush that helped get a lot of the fur off while washing, and with a Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd, we appreciated this very much. The wash area was convenient, clean, the price was right, and the whole process when very smoothly. We will definitely be back! read more

Came here to wash the dirty bitches we have. They were in need of a good bath. And this place has a great self dog wash. And like I said they needed it. Lady went first and she was not liking it. Until I adjusted the water temp. Then she was fine. Monkey took it like a champion. She loves the water and shower. But I think she loved the low drying the best. But we loved the smell of the shampoo and all the stuff we got to use to clean them. The experience was great and didn't have to make a mess at the house and was cheaper than having someone else do it. And didn't have to wait for an appointment at the groomer's. This place is really great for organic home made dog food. They have pet jerseys and medicines for your pet. And all the leashes and harnesses come see everything else not mentioned read more

The customer service went above and beyond. Though I wasn't able to physically wash my 180lb dog there, they still have so much for many dog owners. Is it equipped for a giant dog, sadly I don't think so, but they were super helpful and took their time. Their selection of dog food, as well as dog, leashes and collars, as well as toys was huge!!!! The best part was their customer service . Really great people working there. Ready to help make your experience a good one. read more

We went here because it was one of the few local stores that carry the specific pup mix recommended to us. We love supporting local, independently owned shops and really liked the vibe in here when we visited about an hour before closing time. * Products: They carried a variety of products. Lots of unique and healthy, limited ingredient and/or natural food and snack options for your pets. They also had a variety of leashes, collars, clothes, etc. * Price: Due to the nature of some items, they were pricier, but for good reason (the good and clean stuff usually doesn't come cheap). * People: Excellent service. The men in the store were friendly and very willing to help or answer any questions. Definitely feels like an independently owned and/or family run store. * Dog Bath Area: Clean self washing station. I believe they have a bundle deal, but you can call in to ask. We would definitely come back again to support this local business. Great products and great people! read more

I finally was able to stop by and check out this business and I'm so glad that I did. I brought my dog in to give her a bath. This was hands down the best self serve pet wash I have ever been a patron of. The facility was very clean and organized. Collin ,the representative who helped me, was very friendly and walked me through the whole self serve set up. The pet wash provides everything a customer could ask for. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back! read more

I was there at the same time as "Laura B", and the staff was calm and professional the entire visit. Honestly, the guest was the one being aggressive toward other customers and even her own dog. The staff were considerate and handled everything smoothly, ensuring that both pets and owners were safe and comfortable. My pet and I have always had stress-free visits here, and it's clear they genuinely care about their animals. I think this review unfairly blames the staff for a situation that wasn't their fault. read more

Just a really great and complete selection for everything you need for your pup or kitty! Plus they will give you suggestions on an alternative food and routine if your companion is not quite loving what you're serving, and to keep those healthy tails wagging. read more

Usually a moderate noise level. But today the staff was painfully loud, slamming things in the wash area so hard it made my animal nervous and literally caused my ears to ring. It was unnecessary and painful. He was inconsiderate and rude when I asked to be gentle and considerate. I have visited many times and this was the first time and last time I bring my pet there. read more

I really liked this place! The shower handle was nice and the way the tub has an option to heighten or lower it was really convenient. Wish there was a conditioner and dash wash option but pretty nice will be coming back soon! read more

This place was awesome, called last night after seeing their new sign about self service dog wash stations and asked for the info on how it works: 18$ any size dog (included in price: tub, towels, shampoo/conditioner, ear wash, scrubber) and the tubs have adjustable water temperatures and a blow dryer!! Greg was the individual I spoke to but his cousin was the one who assisted us in the whole process and they were both very kind. This is a perfect option for cold weather (or in our case our backyard is going through construction so we needed a different location for our bathing). Travis (the pup pictured) was a little afraid at first getting in the tub but he warmed up to the process with some encouragement and treats. Will definitely be coming here again. 10/10 service and utilities. All was super clean and they provide more than enough in the price. Awesome work guys, the pups thank you. read more

First time visit (: When in for self dog wash. It was my first time grooming my Quinn myself since she was 4 months old. She has always been to a groomer but I just wasn't able to get an appointment soon enough so I figure why not. Didn't realized how nervous I was until I got there. Every one was so helpful and attentive! And understanding! Given I didn't realized she was gonna blow her coat every where once I started drying her. I was so embarrassed but they assured me it was okay and it has happened before . they even recommended some tools and tips to help. The Rake that was recommended that I ended purchasing is amazing! Definitely recommend Murk Doggy my Quinn and I can't wait to return for the good vibes and helpful tips read more
