Great customer service. I wasn't here for pet supplies but they do carry large variety of pet food and some great snack options for our 4 legged friend. We came here for the wash station. There are 4 wash stations and it's first come first serve. Although we came on a weekend, they weren't too busy. We were able to get right in and get started. For a little over $20 They provide the station with warm water, shampoo, a brush, two towels and ear cleaning solution. They have a blow dryer there for your use as well, if needed. Came here on a random weekday to checkout the self wash area that was recommended by a friend. The store itself had a few customers but the back was empty so in we went. The owner helped show us around and made sure we knew how to operate the up/down feature on the tubs. They supplied soap, towels, a blow dryer and even ear wash. I loved that the tubs went up and down, not having to bend over made washing our pups so much easier! They also had a wet brush that helped get a lot of the fur off while washing, and with a Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd, we appreciated this very much. Came here to wash the dirty bitches we have. They were in need of a good bath. And this place has a great self dog wash. And like I said they needed it. Lady went first and she was not liking it. Until I adjusted the water temp. Then she was fine. Monkey took it like a champion. She loves the water and shower. But I think she loved the low drying the best. But we loved the smell of the shampoo and all the stuff we got to use to clean them. Usually a moderate noise level. But today the staff was painfully loud, slamming things in the wash area so hard it made my animal nervous and literally caused my ears to ring. It was unnecessary and painful. He was inconsiderate and rude when I asked to be gentle and considerate. Greg, the owner, walked a few doors down from his store to my outdoor table at La Habra Heights Cafe (also a place I recommend) to give my dog George a treat. George and I went in a few minutes later and George fell in love with Greg and his family and employees. George died (cancer) a couple of years ago and they cried with me. I have taken three other dogs there (treats, dog food, advice, leashes, baths), and I have never been disappointed. This place was awesome, called last night after seeing their new sign about self service dog wash stations and asked for the info on how it works: 18$ any size dog (included in price: tub, towels, shampoo/conditioner, ear wash, scrubber) and the tubs have adjustable water temperatures and a blow dryer!! Greg was the individual I spoke to but his cousin was the one who assisted us in the whole process and they were both very kind. This is a perfect option for cold weather (or in our case our backyard is going through construction so we needed a different location for our bathing). Travis (the pup pictured) was a little afraid at first getting in the tub but he warmed up to the process with some encouragement and treats. I was happy to find a self wash place not too far from me. My Aussie gets really nervous for bath time and the drying has to be done on a low speed. The staff assured me that it was ok to take my time. I didn't feel rushed to get him in and out of the tub. Greg was super nice and very helpful.
