Initially, everything seemed straightforward, and I received a message at 6:47 PM stating that my laundry was ready. However, when I tried to schedule same-day delivery back to my home, that option wasn't available. I called the laundromat to clarify, and the experience quickly went downhill. The woman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional--she told me I was wrong, insisted my laundry wasn't ready, raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me while I was trying to understand what was going on. Because of that interaction, I asked a friend who lives nearby to pick up my laundry even if it had not been serviced yet, as I didn't feel comfortable continuing the service. Shortly after, the same employee called me back to say it was a mistake and that my laundry was actually ready. There was no apology for the confusion or for how I was treated. When my friend arrived for pickup, there woman acknowledged the misunderstanding but offered no apology. While my laundry was completed, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing--especially for a paid rush service. I also ended up handling pickup myself instead of receiving the delivery I paid for. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service, because this experience did not meet expectations.

24 hours. 7 days a week! I can wash in peace at 2am!…read more You get a card for $1 and load your money on to that. The onscreen instructions to get a card & load money on to it were very simple to follow. Cash only. You don't need quarters, that's a big plus for me because I don't like carrying cash, let alone change. It's much easier to get cash from the ATM than to get cash AND get change for a machine. Double load washer= $2.25 Triple load washer= $3.95 Giant load washer= $5.35 Dryer= $0.30 for 8 minutes Tons of machines. 50 washers & 50 dryers. Cable TV. Another plus. You don't know how many times I have been stuck watching Chinese soap operas at the laundromat because that's what the owners wanted to watch. Free WiFi for those of you who don't have unlimited data plans. Just ask for the password. Video games for kids to play. Vending machines are reasonably priced. There's a machine to get quarters for the video games next to the card machine. Has parking lot but it's very small. 5-6 cars max that's if people park properly. If you show up after 7 when there are no meters you can just park on the street. Save 10% off dry cleaning when you prepay. There's a rewards program so don't lose your card. I haven't quite figured out how to keep track of how many points you have though. Maybe when you refill it tells you on the screen? For some reason the door on the first machine I chose wouldn't close & I didn't know where the attendant was so I just moved my clothes to another machine. I saw a sign that said no refunds, so I didn't even bother trying to get my money back. When I found the attendant I told her that the door on machine 28 wasn't working. She said next time just called her over & she'll close it. I didn't lose my money, I got my $3.95 back to dry my clothes. It's a little bit more than my other laundromat, but the customer service here is way better, it's way cleaner, & it's open all the time so no more rushing to get in for last wash. Once a month, I'm in there to wash my stinky gym clothes!

However, I have issue with the fact that every time something goes missing, I'm given attitude as it's my fault. I know that the solution to this problem would be doing my own laundry, which I do when I can (time permitting), however there's always something missing. Today when I did drop off, the wife had an attitude and was being super short with me. I commented to her that my neighbor gifted me with a mask from a local black-owned retail brand and I brought it to be wash last week but never got it back when I picked up. There was only one other customer in the laundromat at the moment and I guess the owner didn't want this woman to hear what I was saying so she yelled over me and said "alright! no problem! pick up at 12!" I found that quite rude seeing as how I've been going to this laundromat for over 10 years and we've been nothing but amicable to one another. There was an instance where she lost my socks a few times and she gifted me a mesh drawstring bag to put all my socks so she wouldn't keep losing them. I guess after making this remark I'm realizing that I should maybe throw the mask in the sock bag too...Something about that sounds so wrong though. I just hope they will be more careful with handling customers' clothing and making sure that folks don't mess with other folks' clothes in machines because I know that sometimes happens too. People taking other people's sh*t out as soon as the machine stops because they're in a haste to use it right away.
