In addition to the camera work, they checked things out on the roof as well. They worked independently, got everything done quickly, and the company followed up afterwards with video too. Can't ask much more from a niche contractor. Would hire definitely them again if needed in the future.

Joe answered the phone and we discussed the work I needed done (chimney sweep and inspection). He gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appointment to come do the work. The price was very fair. When Joe arrived, he went straight to work and cleaned out my chimney. He took the time to caution me about a loose damper and explain how to safely manipulate it. When he was done cleaning it, there was no sign that he had cleaned it - the surrounding floor was spotless. This is where some businesses would take advantage of people: Joe inspected the chimney and advised me that it was in good shape. Other companies might try to drum up business here. Since he was honest, affordable, and professional, I look forward to hiring him for any chimney needs in the future.

He found issues within my chimney itself and rather than be a decent human and tell us he was ill equipped to do the chimney job he took more money from us for a chimney kit he never came back to install. He speaks of a team he clearly has lost, he spent 2 hours on the phone on his first day at my home (have video proof of this Joe) He didn't show up one day and had his "daughter" call me to tell me his mother died. Guess what, she didn't! It was far too easy to contact his decent family members he speaks of and ask them for the truth. Seriously praying no one ever trusts this man in their home.
