I took my Subaru here after getting a fresh set of tires for an alignment, they took me in right away and put my car up on the lift, after checking my alignment with the laser, turns out I didn't need an alignment and everything was in good order! The guy was honest and told me that I wasn't in need for an alignment and showed me the measurements on the printout. I feel like any other shop would have charged me anyways. I went to Top Alignment after reviewing their Google and Yelp reviews. Top Alignment was able to perfectly align my 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser. Marco explained the issue and was very communicative during the process. I went on a 500mile road trip after the alignment and the truck drove straight as an arrow. Very pleased with the outcome. I went to Top Alignment after 4 failed attempts at the Toyota dealer. The dealer was not able to figure out the issue and they had me do test drive after test drive. I spent 30 minutes at Top Alignment as compared to hours waisted at the dealer and a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Great value for the service that you get and time saved. read more

Went in for an alignment. The front staff was friendly. Matthew serviced my car. He was very friendly and professional. He showed me the alignment results and provided an estimate, which was cheaper than other places. My car was ready in less than half an hour. Highly recommend this place. The only caveat, is limited parking in the front. This shop shares a parking lot with other car shops, so parking is limited. However, the front staff mentioned there's additional parking in the back of their shop. Oh, and there's a black labrador who is very friendly as well. Overall, great experience. read more

Worst shop I have ever been too. I went to get my left driver side tires check for a squealing noise and marcos was very confident that it was the brake dust shield. He grabbed a tool and hit it a couple times and said that was it. He didn't bother inspecting my tire. I drove off with the same problem. Waste of time. Poor customer service. I was a returning customer however I recently had an issue. I went for an alignment on my ram and assumed everything was okay, I just drove home. Next day I drove it more and on the highway and noticed my truck was pulling to the left. I returned to ask the tech to take a look and he just swapped the tires but said either the tires were bad or the suspension from the leveling kit I did on it and couldn't do anything. I ended up going to get a second opinion at a nearby alignment shop and they were able to fix the issue no problem and explained to me why it was pulling left and the numbers comparing to the ones after an alignment here. Had a good experience with a regular car but with a modified truck seemed to have more trouble. read more

Went in today for an alignment and suspension inspection, another shop tried to charge me for a whole suspension setup saying that the alignment wasn't possible without it. They went in into Top Alignment and they did the full inspection, set my alignment perfect, and even recalibrated the system so the code wouldn't read on the dash anymore. Saved me so much time and thousands of dollars. Definitely worth the commute from my house and I will definitely go back for my needs. read more
