I had driven by TooRaLoo many times and had made a notion about this place as crowded and loud probably cos of the sports bar set up. Finally got a chance to visit on a Sunday evening . The place was full to half its capacity and felt lively yet calm and welcoming especially with the St. Patrick's day decorations. There was trivia going on tv which you could participate in by downloading the app. We ordered the A2 special pizza with additional toppings and it was yummy with loads of arugula which I love. The chocolate cake was also decadent. Our hostess for the day was really sweet and attentive. This place is open till midnight on weekdays and worth going for a late-night bite.

Pizza, drinks and cake

It was girls get together on occasion of women's day. Restaurant was spacious with no wait time. We enjoyed watching trivia game screen while waiting for our drinks and Pizza. Overall food was good . We ordered cocholate cake which was really rich in flavour and fulfilling. Good place to hangout.

Grizzly pizza

Great place for large grounds with a group of 6 we walked right in and sat down. Irish sports bar ambiance. I got the grizzly pizza and it was good, there was an unbelievable amount of toppings on it which made it pretty greasy. Drink prices were good and service was good. Overall our group found their food to be just ok, however, everyone agreed it was a great place to grab drinks with a group.

In our personally part 2 of eating around Rochester, we found ourselves at Too Ra Loo. It had been on our food list and came recommended by an acquaintance. While most people working here were very kind, and went out of their way to assist us, the hostess was curt and not overly eager to assist and continued to be a bit salty the entire night as we had a few interactions with this person. As mentioned, the rest of the staff was amazing. The server super friendly, several other people stopped by the table to make sure all was well. The space is cute, your typical bar. It seems very popular, there were parties going on and many people waiting to eat. Their pineapple cocktail was okay. Where it's at is with their diverse beer selection. We tried a fluffer nutter stout, very good. I was craving a Sam Adam's cherry wheat, which is very basic since they had so many good choices, but it was refreshing. The pours were good. Not all places can pour a good, cold beer, but they did here. Looking at Yelp, it seemed like many people liked the pizza, so we had the Spartan, no peppers, add chicken. It was very flavorless and mediocre. The crust was good in ranch. But I did not like it. Oh well. The other food looked good, maybe this was not the thing to order. We also had the truffle fries. Those were really good, a bit pricey, but tasty, the regular ranch was awesome. I did not care for the siracha ranch though. If you were to ask me if I would come back, I would if there was a group of friends or people who wanted to hang out and try their large beer selection.

Chicken and Rings

Friend dragged me here. Sports bar with bar food. Ordered chicken and rings mostly because I didn't want to spend $21 on a burger and fries. No plans to return.

Reviews are mixed. Many enjoy the flavorful pizzas and sandwiches, good drink selection, and inviting sports bar atmosphere.

Food is not so good and service is mediocre. The mixed drinks were not good either. I'd pass on this place.

Food seems alright, but the service is terrible. I've walked out twice after not being served and probably won't be going back.

We were told before we were…read moreseated that we had to be gone in an hour because they had another group coming even with a reservation. Our food ended up taking forever to come out so we were rushed to hurry up and eat and leave when it came out. For appetizers we got the chips and dip and salads. The dip had a long piece of hair in it and we immediately sent it back and the waiter looked at us like we were crazy for not wanting it. The salads were pretty good - big portion with lots of fresh toppings and dressing. For entrees we got the buffalo chicken sandwiches and the grilled chicken plate. My mom asked for no buffalo and it came with buffalo on it so she didn't love it. Mine on the other hand was pretty average. It was a large portion and had a good amount of toppings on it that altogether was very flavorful. I did ask for ranch on the side when i ordered and it took awhile for it to come out. The chicken plate was just about the only good dish we had. It came with a good spread of well prepared food and was a healthy option on the menu. The worst part of this experience was when we asked for bags for left overs the waiter told us to go get it ourselves so we had to awkwardly go behind the bar to grab it. Overall the service was terrible- everyone was rude. The food was slightly above average but with the hair in it and messing up our orders i would not recommend. Even though this is in prime location there are so many better options in the area. I could see this place having potential for coming for drinks with all the tvs or on the rooftop in the summer but thats about it.

Was a big fan of this place but after this weekends visit not sure I can return…read more Saturday evening 1/10/2026 The place was busy as they had a party in the back room and a large group in the front by the windows. That said we had a short wait at 5:30pm. No issues there as a wait is to be expected on a Saturday night. Once sat waitress approached and she was quite friendly. Took our drink orders and once delivered took or appetizer order of Wings and our Entree order Buffalo Chicken wrap and French Dip. After a longer than normal wait I see food headed our way and it is both the appetizer and entrees at the same time. That should have been a sign to send the wings back as they were no longer an appetizer once server with the entrees. We decided to roll with it though. First wing was fine but when I bit into the second wing it had an odd texture and I looked down at the wing flat to see uncooked, bloody chicken. Thankfully I didn't swallow and discarded the bite into a napkin. We picked at our entrees after that but it ruined our appetite. We flagged the waitress over as soon as we saw her to inform her. She cleared the wings but never circled back until it was time for the bill. Comment on the French dip, super salty. Would not recommend. Also the bread it was served on was more of a ciabatta roll that did not hold up well to being dipped. Thankfully they took the wings off the bill but truly we couldn't eat after the mishap, so spent $50 for a half eaten meal.

The menu is vast and features a lot of traditional Irish inspired options and they are famous for their signature boxties. I recently had their Burrata Caprese salad and it was delicious! The tomatoes were fresh and the balsamic glaze was well balanced with the baby greens dressed in a light vinaigrette . For my drink I had the Dragonberry Mojito and it was refreshing, but could've been a little stronger. The staff was friendly, but service was a little slow and our waiter didn't check on us as often as we would've liked for water refills. A family-friendly place as well, which is perfect for this area. There is a variety of seating types, including a large bar with stools. The menu has a lot of choices. This can make it difficult to decide but is nice if you like your meal and want to return to try other dishes. We ended up ordering the Whipped Feta and the Old Detroit Slider Sampler. The Whipped Feta was excellent - the pita that came with it was piping hot and crispy from being fried. That crunch was so satisfying with the sweet taste of the cheese. The slider sampler was perfect for us to share - pick 3 different slider offerings and you get 2 of each. It also comes with a choice of side and we went with tator tots. I loved the way its served - on a large Ploughman's-like metal tray. The sliders were good just not unique, although, I wasn't expecting anything unique at this place. The food was as expected, which is good! We'll definitely return as we have other dishes we need to try!

We wondered in thinking maybe we would do billiards. It was $12 an hour which we thought was fair. I recommend coming in early. The tables filled up fast as the night went on. Surprisingly, I really wanted to play darts once i saw they had it so we opted for the fun dart machines in the corner. It honestly was great and we played for like an hour for like $6 total (bring small bills!) You get the darts from behind the check in counter. The dart machines are convenient and does the math for you. They even had a bunch of different game options. We were craving something sweet but their dessert menu is pretty limited (funnel cake and deep fried cheesecake). I'm sure their other food is good but we didn't end up getting anything since we were so stuffed and we just wanted dessert. The waitress was super nice though. I would absolutely come back again. When we came back around 2 a.m. to look for it, the bouncers and security refused to let the three of us in--even though they were letting several men in just to use the bathroom. Instead of helping, they kept questioning how we could've lost just a house key and not an entire purse, which felt unnecessary and dismissive. At one point, they even suggested we were trying to "sneak out the back," which was completely untrue and honestly insulting. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally allowed only one of us to go in briefly, but the staff remained rude and unhelpful the entire time. The only person who showed any kindness or understanding was a woman working there, who was actually sympathetic to our situation. It turned an already stressful situation into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not the kind of customer service you'd expect. 0/10
