The experience was amazing! They were friendly, quick, and efficient! I was living in a luxury building, renting an apartment. They cleaned my one bedroom for a move-out cleaning and everything was satisfactory to the building/property management company. Worth every penny, I would recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services!! read more

Krystal - I appreciate you responding back but, it is truly disappointing to see that nothing has changed in terms of Too Green taking ownership of their failure to completely deliver a direct service we paid for. There are some major discrepancies with your response below. Please find them listed here: 1) My name is Andrew, Nicki's husband and our services were rendered on June 29th not the 22nd. If you had taken time to truly review my complaint and looked into our case, you would've seen that 2) There was barely any real effort in making this right. We asked to speak to a manager/supervisor the day after the services were rendered. As of now, we still have not heard back from one despite being told we would've at the beginning of this week 3) Your "satisfaction guarantee" that was offered the same day as the services that were rendered was just a 10% discount on the next cleaning... I think we can all agree that means nothing. It wasn't until the next day that someone had offered to have someone come back to do further cleanings.... but at your company's availability. The date proposed to us did not work as we were in the midst of moving into our house and had to clean a good bit of the large portioned missed in Too Green's cleaning ourselves. Had you offered this right away on the first day, it may have changed the narrative. 4) A "vast majority" of the cleaning was NOT completed. Please stop saying it was. I find it mind boggling how you could tell me how much of the cleaning was done without so much as stepping foot into our house. We live here, we know how much of the cleaning we paid for was done... AT MOST it was 50%. I have attached a number of photos, but it doesn't mean that these photos alone is an exhaustive list of everything that was not fully cleaned. I would hope I didn't have to go around and photograph every nook and cranny and that your company would trust us after a few example photos. 5) No one is expecting anything to be restored to new condition. We just expect to have the things we paid for cleaned well. 6) The 10% discount was offered prior to the re-clean. It wasn't until a good bit of back and forth were we offered the re-clean. We have the text receipts if you want us to post it here Please do better. I understand that other folks might have had good experiences with their cleaners from Too Green, but it doesn't make our case any less valid. read more

Avoid this complaint fully. Very dishonest no professionalism in operating. Booked for Sat 11th 9am; 2-3 days before suddenly asks to change schedule to Tuesday 14th. When I say cancel and refund money if you cannot do on accepted date time slot then schedules work for Sat 11th 5.30 pm. As I type this review, the assigned cleaner hasn't even turned up or called in. It is now 5.40 pm. This kind of fraud businesses shouldn't even be allowed to operate on Yelp. Total cheat fraud business who doesn't have actual any employees, just runs some shady cleaning services based on random workers who may or may not show up. If I don't get my money back am for sure going to sue this business for malpractice. Update [03/13] : the assigned person arrived around 5.45 pm on 03/11 and tried to do as much possible till 9.15pm but clearly she was already exhausted from full day work and none of expected cleaning was done. She didn't have the right tools and equipment even. However she was very nice to say she would come back next day fresh at 10.30 am to do it properly. On 03/12 the lady did come back as promised and very much improved on the work and did significant cleaning up from the prior days under performance work. Am attaching pic to just illustrate the the state of things at the end of "official" day work to show how bad it was. Am re-scoring to 3 stars from a prior 1 star just because the cleaning lady was super nice to come back on a fresh mind and actually do the work a second day. But in true essence the company is very unethical in sending 1 person to do a 1700 sq ft cleaning after charging almost $400 for it. Even now I again have to go and do final touch up cleaning !!! Would advise all people looking for cleaning, if you are spending $400 make sure you will get atleast 2 people to come do the job otherwise it's a rip off. Just hire cheaper people off Craigslist for $150 a person. This company doesn't have any employees seems like they just sub contract to freelancers and keep 60-70% of the money for themselves. Unethical for consumers as well as those they subcontract it to. Still can't believe it they sent 1 person to clean 1700 sq ft place in 3 hrs for move out cleaning , appliances cleaning , bathroom water scum cleaning...makes no sense at all. read more

Too Green Cleaning - Carpet state after "first official day". Zero vacuum done. - Home Cleaning Near Me - New Brunswick, New Jersey

I can't imagine how a business can claim to have a satisfaction guarantee in any sense when they fail to have a manager or supervisor reach out to their customer despite multiple follow ups over the course of a month. I'm sure if they do respond here it will be a canned response or some classic gaslighting instead of taking ownership of their failure to deliver services we were invoiced for. Be an advocate for your customers and have an actual decision maker come to the table and talk to us instead of just the poor girl managing the phones (especially when you said you would have someone reach out to us) read more

I have to update this review because while they did an excellent job when they came the first time, scheduling became a nightmare and they never came back. I signed up for monthly cleanings after their first visit but for my second scheduled cleaning no one called or came but I was charged (I did eventually get a refund). When I called them about this it was rescheduled but again a no show. They asked for another chance but on the THIRD time still a no show. Then one random Saturday someone shows up--no call or anything and I just declined the service. They did ask for another chance to get it right but I declined. Everyone was apologetic and kind but at the end of the day I didn't get the service I wanted on a regular basis. If they can get their scheduling piece together they'd be great. read more

The cleaners arrived right on time and did an excellent job cleaning throughout my apartment. I am very happy with their service and would happily use Too Green Cleaning again, especially given the reasonable price. read more

Fast, friendly and professional. Quick response to inquiries, informative, affordable and accommodating. I had move-in cleaning services of my bathrooms and kitchen with a cable guy, family members and some personal belongings in their way and they weren't at all phased by my hectic new household that was a move in mess! (I informed them prior that we would have some boxes and items in the home when they arrived). Cleaning was done within the time frame promised, no super strong chemical smells (pregnant client) and the rooms they cleaned were immaculate after! They gave a final walk through of their work and showed us any problem areas. I am very satisfied and would use their services again as well as recommend to friends & family. read more

Had a n excellent experience. My bathroom has never looked so pristine. I would of liked my kitchen floors cleaned a bit more but overall very happy with the service. Will be hiring again. read more

Landlord charged me another $200 using another company to clean what this company failed to do. Still annoyed I can't get my money back from the carpet cleaning since it was over the 24 hr window. I do think this company did an okay job, but it was to the satisfaction of the individual requesting the cleaning costing me more money than it should have. read more

They are on time very detailed in their cleaning. I did a deep cleaning and kitchen appliance inside (I hate doing the oven it takes forever). I had many cleaning services before them. They are the best! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company. Special thanks to Nikki she was amazing. read more

So I try to use this cleaning company for my parents house. Initially I was led to believe that they would do some sort of deep cleaning with multiple people cleaning the home but when the day came a single woman with her own products came to clean. Not a big deal. I let her clean the top floor which equated to living room dining room kitchen two bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of surface cleaning but no real deep cleaning. Something that I could've done. Three weeks later my parents house gets robbed. The footage from my neighbor across the street look like a similar SUV this person was driving. My parents have lived in that home for 20 years and have never had a situation like this. This was the first time we have ever used a cleaning service in the coincidence level is mind-boggling. The person that was driving the car dropped off 2 to 3 individuals who ransacked the home while the driver left then came back 30 minutes later to pick them up with items on hand. Shame on me to think like this but I wish I had done more research with regards to background checks. I hope they catch the person that robbed my parents home but I will tell you I will never use a cleaning service again. This company even though the responsive overpromise and under delivered. I guess my emotions are high because it's just happened recently but I feel coincidence is not a reasonable answer. read more

Wow! I have used cleaning services before, but this business really impressed me. Having previously had an experience where the cleaners from a different business arrived late, I was overjoyed when they came on time because I had an appointment. The two cleaners were friendly and personable, and double checked with me about any specific problem areas they should address. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home, which is rare for me. When I returned, I couldn't help but notice how much detail they put into cleaning my home. They also insisted that we do a walk through to ensure that I was satisfied. I appreciated this. The price was very reasonable for the service I received. On top of that, they use all natural products! I've paid more to cleaning services that use harmful chemicals. This business is truly a gem and I can't wait to use them in the future. read more

This was my first time hiring a professional service. We were moving out and were on a time crunch so I figured why not! I chose Too Green Cleaning because they use eco-friendly products. The ladies were nice and friendly, and they did an amazing job deep cleaning the place! Even the appliances looked brand new like they've never been touched. Would highly recommend! read more

Words can not express how impressed I am with Too Green Cleaning. I have used cleaning services before, but the level of professionalism and efficiency is unmatched. Excellent service! Savannah cleaned my house perfectly! I requested 3 hour common area cleaning and she was able to clean the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, vacuumed, dusted and mopped all the floors (last professional cleaning was 2 weeks ago). She literally mopped her way out the door as she left. I am so so so impressed read more

Excellent cleaning! Very friendly and considerate. Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Will be using their services in the future!

They are always there in a pinch. I've used them a few times to help with my rental properties and they do a great job. Last visit I had a last minute move in and needed a booking same week and they made it happen. read more

Joel has been wonderful, so far we've had three cleanings, every time he has done consistently excellent work. We have a resident here who is particularly vulnerable to covid, Joel has no problem wearing a mask throughout his work session, I don't even have to ask. There was one small strange scheduling thing once, I think it had more to do with changes in the online software they are using to manage requests and appointments, but they got it resolved quickly. Very happy to recommend and continue using this service. read more

I highly recommended Too Green Cleaning. Khrystal was very responsive & answered all my questions. I had a property were the bathroom required a deep cleaning. Other companies passed on the job but Too Green Cleaning didn't. Their rates are reasonable. The technician Joel was on time & did an excellent job. You won't be disappointed with Too Green Cleaning. read more

This is my second time using Too Green Cleaning and once again I'm very pleased. These ladies do outstanding work.

I met two members of the Too Green Cleaning team, Nicole and Savannah. Both of them were very professional and incredibly nice. The original person I was assigned was unable to make it, so Savannah was sent to start while the new person assigned, Nicole, was on her way. I think it's amazing that the company arranged that rather than having me wait longer. Nicole did a phenomenal job cleaning my place! I am extremely grateful for everything she did. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning company! read more
