Completely night and day. The hourly rate here is consistent with what I expected. Even though it was a 4 hour minimum for home cleaning, Ricardo did an insanely spectacular job and was worth every penny and then some. It was like I walked into a brand new apartment. For an extremely thorough cleaning, this is it. For a simple routine house clean, a four hour job is probably not needed depending on size of your unit. These five stars were well deserved.

Sandy is very hands-on with scheduling and goes out of her way to make sure the house cleaner and the client are a good match. She is very sensitive and thoughtful and understands individual unique situations. We mostly had a house cleaner named Johanna who is perfection. Not only does she do a thorough cleaning, but my aunt considered her weekly appointment a visit. She was so personable and friendly. Whenever she couldn't come, Sandy sent wonderful Replacements , keeping in mind how picky my aunt is. I find it very convenient to handle bookings and payment through the app automatically. I loved that Kamilla did such a thorough job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen area that I specifically asked her to concentrate on. Had to provide her with my own mop and vacuum and actually glad I did. Because I'd rather have them use my own supplies rather than the one that was used in other places also. Another thing to mention is their rates. Compared to other cleaning services that I spoke to on the phone, Cleaning Master was pretty affordable. Glad I found them especially because it was my first time using cleaning services and still doubting if it's worth it. Thanks a lot from a happy customer! Definitely recommend and will use them again in future.

Good stuff: The women arrived punctually - were organized, active and careful - used my own vacuum cleaner. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. So, average for maintenance cleaning but not great for deep dive cleaning.

I agreed and cancelled the other company, they came, rushed through everything and left in 1.5 hours. All they did is vacuumed and neaten up a bit Folded a Few things they saw laying around like some clothes that I had on floor or bed and when I mean a few I mean like at most 10-15 items. I asked that my sons bed sheets be changed they did not change mine nor my sons. They took my sons few toys and put them nicely in same place where they were just were not nicely put they put his little cars in a row on the floor and any throws on couch were folded, honestly I have no idea what they actually cleaned, nothing was wiped or Scrubbed or washed, only vacuumed and not that well. Then they leave 1.5 hours and I ask them why the rush. They said they have to go. After all that they keep telling me they want me to pay. A company should not ask to pay for this type of cleaning, how embarrassing that they even asked me to pay what I think it's worth. When I have to clean and wash floors after maid I do not feel I should pay. But yeah I paid half of what they were trying To charge anyway. This company doesn't have a website nor a location says they are permanently closed. Very fishy and unprofessional.
