Excited, I visited her home ahead of her return, hoping to witness a pristine transformation. While the cleaner was undeniably gracious and kind, which my ever-appreciative mother echoed, the end result was less than stellar. The cleaner arrived later than the agreed-upon time. This delay, combined with the protracted cleaning process, caused my mother to leave her home before the service was even completed. Despite staying as long as she could, the cleaning took double the anticipated time. When inspecting the job, while most surfaces seemed decently cleaned, there were unmistakable areas left unattended, like spaces under accessible furniture and behind the toilets. To add to the disappointment, the windows, for which we paid extra, had visible streaks. My mother, with her characteristic positivity, emphasized how personable the cleaner was. However, the service felt more akin to what one might expect from an independent cleaner, rather than a professional cleaning company, and the pricing should have reflected that. Given this experience, I'm hesitant to engage them for recurring services. Writing this review has been challenging, especially given the cleaner's pleasant demeanor and my mother's inclination to focus on the good. When I first contacted Sally's Cleaning to clean my apartment once a month, i had doubts. But now i am glad I engaged them. The ladies who handled my house are all very through. The glass of my Oven was in bad condition after many years of oils residue (I got it there with this apartment when i bought it 4 years back). When i asked Sally to clean it i had my doubt how much they can do. But then, when they did it, i was utterly surprised seeing they cleared everything.
