There were two of them however there were obvious things that were missed. I'm physically disabled in a wheelchair and when they wash the floor or mop the floor behind my recliner, there was a book on the floor and they didn't even bother to pick it up or move it so they could clean under it. I mean little things like that really annoyed me. The countertop oven was not even wiped down on the outside little on the inside which cleaners usually clean the inside and replace the crumb tray aluminum foil with a brand new sheet as I don't even have a microwave so I figured that was the least they could do.

I started to interview new cleaners and the moment Sonia showed up for a quote i knew she was attentive, detailed and thorough!! As we walked through my home she actually picked up things and "tidied" up because it bothered her to see things out of place. She and her team are incredibly reliable, take their time and every single cushion is moved and cleaned under, every blind is dusted and every pillow placed perfectly when they leave. I'm so grateful for her!! I trust them to come when I'm not home. I trust that my home is clean and above all i trust they care about my home as much as i do. Lastly, my granddaughter was with us yesterday. She is 15 months old and was OBSESSED with Sonia!!! She wanted to follow her around the house and just kept smiling at her. THAT is the ultimate compliment when a child feels how special you are. Thank you Sonia and your team!

As soon as they finished with the first "deep clean", Paul reached out to see if there was anything they missed or could improve on. They even asked how to make our baby's crib for the next time. They're also flexible and able to accommodate your schedule easily. We ended up hiring a nanny who is also going to do some cleaning, so we don't need a regular cleaner but if we need the occasional thorough cleaning, we'll definitely be using TP cleaning.

They spent a lot of time paying attention to our home and making sure we were satisfied. One of my biggest quirks about cleaning services is a bare minimum cleaning on the surface and neglect of nooks and crannies. By the time they left, our home was beautiful and smelling great. We will definitely be using them again!

In addition to the things one expects, they pick up all of manthing's stray "just leave it, I'm gonna wear that again" clothes and fold them neatly on the bed, change sheets, wash dishes, and do things like roll the hand towels and fold little triangles into the toilet paper. The kitchen cabinets and stove-top are cleaner than they were when we moved in five years ago. Not only that, it smells fresh as a summer breeze when they are done - no worrisome chemicals. I don't know how they do it. I honestly could not do a better job myself. We value our privacy and I can be anxious and picky and Dawn and crew have an amazingly impressive way of being ridiculously thorough without it feeling at all intrusive. Dawn is always available when I try to reach her, always on time, she and her crew are beyond friendly, and my dog absolutely loves them.
