I told Uncluttered Spaces that I couldn't do anything physically because of the pain I'm experiencing and they said that was no problem. In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. The design session was extremely helpful as we had an idea of what we wanted but didn't have the details in mind. Shirley asked us detailed questions about what was most important to us and our habits and created the a fabulous custom closet that's also very functional within our budget. We also did some custom cabinets to our living room TV unit. There was a miscommunication around the design but they reached out proactively to fix it. Ivan (or Evan?) and the installation team finished the job in 1 day instead of the 2 booked. They were extremely professional and efficient.
