I brought my car to the dealership because it seemed to have been having transmissions problems which I'd like to add the car is less then a year old, bought brand new, only has 30,000 miles and was trying to convince me that due to do a minor fender bender that it wouldn't be covered because there was "wires hanging" from the last time the auto body shop fixed it. He also proceeded to tell me I would need a new steering column. The autobody shop proceeded to tell me that there was no way considering there was no damage underneath the undercarriage and also all my wires besides for the fog lights are ABOVE my engine. Long story short alls it was was a failing speed sensor on the transmission which is a 29 minute job for 75 bucks. So sorry for you not meeting your quota for the year Bob and Honda of Milford for trying to rip me off for seeming clueless. I will NEVER step food in this dealership again. Also thank you for the exceptional customer service when prior to this I had been leasing for 6 years. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was pleasantly surprised by Rogers with their professionalism and courtesy. I needed a tow service on a Sunday at the last minute and Jeff from the shop arrived early (less than 30 mins - a rarity in the car tow business), he was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing with my car. I also needed advice on how to handle my car situation and he gave me many options, including what would be best for the lowest price possible. He never rushed me nor seemed like a scammer. He had my car trouble wiped away in less than 30 mins as well. I would highly recommend this business and would utilize them again in a heartbeat.

I went in there with a general idea of what I wanted and Dionsio and Luis were able to help me narrow it down. Once we found the vehicle, it took about a week to come in. It was supposed to come in on Saturday but there was a delay due to the weather. They were gracious enough to throw in all weather mats as a courtesy. When the vehicle arrived, I was in and out of there in an hour and a half flat. Never have I ever spent such little time in a dealer. They were efficient yet thorough. He took his time and explained the differences of Line X -vs- Rhino. I had done some research on my own and it was accurate to what I had read. I set a date to get it done. The staff was great.
