Probably the best bar in all of America. Cheap drinks. Great times and amazing bartenders. Foods solid also.

Great great local pub with excellent attentive staff! One star less because of the smoke.

This place is walkable from a friends house, making it the destination of many sloppy nights :) It's a smoking bar so be prepared to stink when you leave.

There is a difference. The food here would be good with or without the throngs of people. The bands they get are also top notch. My buddy Paul Scheb plays here from time to time and it is generally packed when I am there. It's a good kind of packed. Mainly there is a lot of younger people there but I have never been hassled. In fact everyone there seems happy, laid back and ready for a good time. It's a nice vibe. The bartenders are quick with a drink. They poured a good pint Guinness. The bathrooms can get beat up, but like I said it is packed, so this is expected. I obviously have not been in the ladies room, so that may be a different story. The place is well managed and my only regret is that it is a little bit of a distance from me. Not too far, just not too close, if I lived around the corner it would be my weekly haunt.

And I went to bartending school and work in the restaurant industry. I'm from Media which is a bar walking town. Zero problems. Coming in here you have the dining tables to the left (each section having its own jukebox!) where you can sit and relax while enjoying your meal, and the right has more seating by the counter. I feel the people here are kind and great cooks. I was pleasantly surprised I forgot they offer oatmeal (labeled on the menu as "hot cereal") so I got that with a veggie omlette with cheese. Everything was delicious. I was also happy to see it was busier than usual probably due to their slight change in hours (Note: Unless this had always been their schedule. It always seemed it closed earlier than it could be convenient arrive to sit and eat here). But they were doing well and chatting with folks. Coming here I kind of felt like family. That should be the vibe of a diner like this, and I hope you get to experience that here as well!

And the best way I know how to describe this is that there was nothing bad about my experience. It was fine. It was also nothing special. My French Toast was good. It was good enough. It wasn't gourmet by any means. It was just decent. No real distinctive flavor to it but not bad at all. And service was friendly to me. Standard diner service all the way. Don't expect much. I didn't.

A down-to-earth watering hole. Cozy, even. I loved our table, a nice high-top in the corner. I guess my only complaint is that it took a little while to be seated. It was Sunday night dinner rush, L get it, but I waited by the door long enough to wonder whether anyone was going to notice me. But it was worth the wait. For a place that comes off as a bar, the meal they served me checked all the boxes -- oysters from the raw bar first, then a tender New York strip, with a generous side of Jack Daniels. Everything was perfect. Our server Jake was a real pro, the best. You could tell they were all a great team. When a drink I ordered appeared on the bar but had not yet been delivered, someone stepped up and brought it to me. Service! Something that surprised me. Though I was totally into my dinner, looking around, it struck me that the place looked exceptionally clean. I mean, excceptional, something they should be proud of. But above all, I could not have enjoyed the food more. The oysters, excellent. So good I ordered a second dozen for desert. An entirely enjoyable and satisfying experience. You'll find it worth your while.
