It's something I value much more now in my life but you live and you learn. Its been some time, years, since I brought my old Dodge here for transmission work. But there are only two kinds experiences that stick out as unforgettable. When everything is great and goes right and when when everything goes bad and is abysmal. Well Cottoman certainly isn't great and they're expensive to boot. So if you want to drive a car out of a garage and have it towed back, then Cotton is for you.

They claimed to have installed a new radiator but needed some time to get the electrical stuff figured out. We were very patient and had to call for updates as no one ever called us to give us any info. My husband stopped there one day to check on the status to find his tires flat, rims rusted, inside the vehicle a complete mess with what looked like dog hair all over the new carpet along with greasy parts and wiring all over. He went inside and got nothing but attitude from everyone in the place. They told him they would get the car back together by Monday and to come back then to get the car. Monday he picks up his car and by the next day the "new radiator" is busted with nasty water? Fluid? all over the driveway. He calls there and the receptionist says there is no record of any work being done or a radiator being fixed on his vehicle!! Now the mechanic won't return his calls or give info on what they did to his car. It's in much worse condition than when he brought it there! If you care about your vehicle DO NOT bring it here!

Extremely disappointing experience. My vehicle has been at this shop for over a month, and the…read morebiggest issue has been the lack of thoroughness, urgency, and communication. I was initially given my vehicle back before the full problem was identified, only to have to return it because a major repair was still needed. Since then, there have been additional delays simply because communications weren't being checked or acted on, leaving necessary repairs sitting untouched. I should not have to constantly follow up or physically come to the shop just to make sure someone is checking messages and moving my repair forward. Meanwhile, I'm continuing to incur additional transportation and rental expenses because of these delays. Customers should not have to manage the repair shop themselves to get their vehicle properly fixed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I made a 9 am appointment with Bert for the following week for an A/C check. I made arrangements for care for my husband and then arrived before 9am at Bert's garage for my appointment. The two workers seemed confused by my arrival. I started filling out paper work and was then told that Bert was the one that had to do the A/C check, buy he wouldn't be in until 10:30. So what is my time worth Bert? Why didn't I get a courtesy call from you about our appointment. Thats bad business. I'm so disappointed in you. You really convinced me on the phone that you're a trustworthy man. Your actions speak otherwise.
